None taken. Just figured that I'd splinter the brag thread with a Minicon brag thread. My bad, crazyfists. My bad.

Besides, it's cool to see Wheelie finally get his.

Word.

When you have the Electrum Minicon, who the hell needs lvl 6s n 7s in quint missions!

Bitchkrieg does good

(Yes, she used to belong to JP, then Rolltide killed her off, and I seized on her.)

The minicons are cool and seem to work well for people, especially lower levels but I too think they should be given just a double CR time rather than being destroyed because I mean its a lot of money to be dropping on a minicon and no matter how good our TF is in its base stats there's always a good chance that it will be defeated eventually and the Minicon destroyed before the player can make back the money spent on that Minicon.

I'm doing an experiment now on lv.0 (OPERATION U.L.B.), and it looks like the armor guy is worth it's money:

(7% loss in 4 attacks)

yeah, the armor guy has to be far and away the best for very low levels.

With tactics being so rare in level 0, that makes those guys basically invincible...definitely worth the investment...of course if you go head to head with someone else who has it that one of you is out alot of energon.

No, I don't think that would end in a loss, since the Klaxxon is working, and they can't do that much damage to each other in 10 attacks with weapons. (even 5-str. BBs I attacked with were reduced to 9 damage per attack on my lv.5 cons)

EDIT: It is really a risky tactic, it took 36 attacks(not counting unsuccesful ones) for the autobots, but they took down 93% damage. I think I'm lucky the mission ended, also that's the longest mission log I've ever seen:

Yep, it's a dangerous tactic, indeed.

If the bots manage to get 42 succesfull attacks, you are dead (fact to remember: don't join 10-10 missions with only 3 other cons in it)

Yeah, cons didn't really have a chance. Almost felt sorry for them.

EDIT: You're guy did hold out for a loooooooooong time.

all you really need is some rich high levels bots and cons fueling your wars by giving away energon to help you guys keep reloading on deflectors

Experiment: Lv0 U.L.B.

Day 1: Failure, 2 mini-cons lost
Cause of failures: Cons don't have enough backup at lv.0
Experience:
ULB con 1 CRd - under 52 attacks without backup; minicon destroyed - energon efficiency is 10% - suggesting end of experiment -minicon survived 3 missions-
ULB con 2 CRd - under 42 attacks, outnumbered 4 against 10; minicon destroyed - energon efficiency 13% - suggesting end of experiment -minicon survived 2 missions-

OPERATION U.L.B.: FAILURE - cons will be placed back to previous levels

I forgot if I had the Firepower minicon or the armor minicon, but I really cleaned house when my teammates died.

More points than everyone combined times 2!!!
