I was wondering if strength just boosts skill weapons or firepower weapons (like the X-Ray laser) as well.

Thanks!

thats interesting that you said strength increase weapon damage. not only does that thread not say anything about strength increasing weapon damage (as far as i saw), but strength increasing skill weapons was removed a while ago. so i was under the impression, as well as from what i could gather from your link, that strength does not increase weapon damage and only ram.

Glyph told everyone a while back that Strength boosts the damage of all weapons, both melee and ranged.

before or after he made all the changes? because it used to be that strength did increase skill based weapons, but that was removed as to my understanding.

oh gee if only some current programmer would let us know we could update that main guide thread to include it.

If only some people would cut the attitude and just ask perhaps they would get an answer.

I'm pretty sure it was after any changes Glyph made. I think the change to Skill weapons was fixing a glitch that was causing them to have 100% accuracy, not their damage output.

Strength still effects all damage. Accuracy is still not a factor in any calculations.
Things I am having to change in the new weapons system.

Sarcasim doesn't work well in text. People either think you're being sincere, or think you're being a prick. I've found that out the hard way several times.
