Should we get a bonus before 2.0??

I was thinking (which can be pretty dangerous at times) that maybe we should get some kind of xp bonus just before 2.0 or more to the point the reset.

There are quite a few ppl here that will never see this side of 20 million xp (hell GP just did that yesterday) or even 10 million. For those of use that have been in the millions you remember how long it took us to get there.

So what I purpose is that we should get an obscene amount of an xp bonus about a week or 2 before the reset. This way those who haven't had that kind of xp get the chance have even for a short period of time.

Just a thought.

I'd had the same idea before, but Redimus brought up an interesting point. Why bother? If we all have nuts xp for free, where's the challenge? I mean, I like the idea of finally having some nice high level guys, but I don't really want to get them for free.

My point is to give players a chance to play a level they would not be able to reach otherwise, because of the reset. I mean I wouldn't mind having GP up at level 9 even for a week. Or to have any of my guys up at a higher level.

Heck at my current rate I'll be just under a mil with Krypton (with the help of minicon's)and then "what the puck" V 2.0

Anyway, yeah, I'd be all for an insane exp boost just before the reset. I'd love to experience the higher levels if only for a few days...

I was going to suggest instead of the xp boost what about doubling or tripling (since as Redimus stated that it really doesn't matter) the payouts for missions and the arena? That way there's still a challenge but we might be able to boost up stats quicker. Just wondered, even though OS has just been bought.

I like this idea. Can you change the code for xp gain to be an index of 3 or 4 instead of 2? At base 3, that'd break the xp/% payout like this:

0: 1 (is 1)
1: 3 (is 2)
2: 9 (is 4)
3: 27 (is 8 )
4: 81 (is 16)
5: 243 (is 32)

And so on. As you can see, that's a nuts crazy increase, but it still means you have to earn it rather than getting a hand-out.

Yeah biut in the last week there wouldn't be time. I'd rather the chance to juump up and see some of upper levels.

I was thingking that the payout boost could start now if OS was open to this instead of the week before the reset. That way we might be able to enjoy our setups longer if we weren't that far from a big level up.

Let's wait till we are closer. The reason why I haven't given a hard date for reset is that you never know what might happen or go wrong. I'm not going to jack with the current game's settings this soon.

It took me a year or more to reach my first million, that was the hardest.

I like ur idea GP, give us some xp even for a few days before the reset :).

i wanna try the fussion cannon :lol:
