I consider both the weapons and armor shop the "armory," so it doesn't matter to me. And personally, I think we need new armor more than we need new weapons.

Of course, it's entirely possible that OS is adding a few new features to the weapons already in the game.

Well an armoury could be both really, we'll have to wait and see which one OS meant.

The cannon one sounded like something we would be trying to destroy while it shoots at us to be able to win that mission. Maybe a defensive weapon for whatever faction that holds that area at that time so not only would we have to defeat all our opponents, we also have to destroy some freaking probably not too easy cannon. Cannon fodder would be a good term for that kind of mission.

Reason this came to mind, V2 going more strategy like right so being someone who played Advance Wars series and other strategy games involving war and mechs and etc just seems natural.
