I was fighting a quintesson judge one day and then I clicked on the judges name and by it's stats and I saw something that looked like a faction symbol. I rolled over it and it said quintesson. what is it for?

It's the Quintesson symbol....

But in V2 you will get to choose between being a Decepticon, Predacon, Maximals, and Autobots.

The Quintessons are non playable characters that Autobots and Decepticons team up against in order to reveal stuff for V2.

Original Sin, is one of the players in the game. Always halpful on lots of stuff in the game.
