You're already on the wrong team, Con!

If you're talking about how other players can join your team, that's not how it works. You make up your own team by creating anywhere from 1 to 12 Transformers.

err no he's not disin' you.

If you want to increase the size of your team you have to create your own new transformers. You do this from the registry screen.

Has something happened to the forum that mean n00bs cant use emoticons properly? Ive seen a few posts looing like that.

As far as the smileys, I've seen other people do that other places, It must work like that somewhere.

OS just posted that he fixed the script to where the n00bs should be able to get into the faction forums.

Perhaps, do you mean you are in a mission, and you need some players to join you on the mission?

I don't think so. I'm afraid that the only subfactions in the game right now are the RDD (Decepticon) and the AWC (Autobots) you'll have to find someone whose a member and talk with them
