Special Mission woes

This was my first special mission and it sucked. I got strafed three times which took me to 35% power. Then one laser pistol shot put me in stasis lock. I made no offense or avoid. I received no experience points or energon. What's up with that? No bonus or anything? Why bother?

The logs is awful. http://seibertron.com/heavymetalwar/vie ... _id=202632

Well you are a level 0 facing off against level 3's and 4's.

Death is pretty much inevitable.

Big trick to this game? Knowing where your bots will do their best work. Just because you CAN enter a mission doesn't mean you SHOULD.

Yea but I didn't kick or hit anyone with my vibro axe. Not even an avoid. I expect a loss with 3 or level opponents but I think we should get something out of it, not 0.

Next time I'll check their levels better. I think these missions shouldn't be open to level 0 players.

I miss my old team. I had level 3 & 4s. I left for 2yrs and my team members were all reset but the commander was still there.

Even my level 5s have difficulty in the missions with Judges sometimes. Of course, that's usually because some level 1s hopped in there for some reason.

what gets me about those 0=3 missions is that the
LVL 4 Magistrate has
LVL5 (+1 to L6) not counting tactics for stats.

and the LVL 3 Allicon has
Level:4 (+1 to L5)not counting tactics for stats.

the Magistrate even out classes the LVL 6 Sharkticon in basic stats bye
Level:5 (+9 to L6) not counting tactics for stats.

Magistrate is a lvl 4 The Fallen to the 0=3 mission TFs
and the Allicon is one strong LVL 3

But that's the thing, they're suppose to be hard to beat.

People do realise that Quintesson's are there to make sure one faction doesn't conquer all of Cybertron right? :???:

will you two didn't get the point,if it is a lvl 6 with stats then make it a LVL 6.
the Magistrate as a LVL 4 with the armor, end,STR is Very hard to kill, even more so than the LVL 6 Sharkticon.it is just that if you are going to fight something at least know what you are getting into. if they are a lvl 5/6/7 then make them a 5/6/7 and not mask the danger(it's like thinking you are taking on a squad(9-16men),and a company(130-250men) is waiting for you.)
saying it was hard wasn't the issue,I love a challenge, but having 3-0's fighting 3 Allicon(lvl 5+),and a Magistrate (lvl 6-7)when they say they are 3's and a 4 is kind of a gross misinformation of tactical information, and why not just have them at the lvl they are stat wise, they are that already, why hide that information from the CO-OP team, they will still be the same in the end. and why not get the XP for the LVL they are.

Oh how I wish that war was clean and predictable. ;;)

Fortunately you are not sacrificing your valient warriors in vain. You are actually in the process of testing HMW2 functionality on multiple levels to ensure a clean launch of the new game.

Cool, so we're going to see more mega powerful units like the Fallen in the future?

You won't see many more POWERFUL units but you will see the current ones do different things. You will also see many more DIFFERENT units but none more powerful than the Fallen. He is the biggest baddie you will see in V1.

I want Guiltor. He's a bad ass, looks cool, and best of all for OS was "created by Quintessan super science." The only problem I can think of is that he was technically a triple changer.
