I've created a transformer without an alt mode (I was gonna pick one later) where do I go to choose an alt mode for it once it is created, I can't seem to find out how. :???:

Click on the bot in question which will take you to his bio, once there click on upgrade and you'll be able to choose the alt mode from there.
