I'm having a confusing problem with my account. When I enter my screen name and my password, my profile appears ok, but when I go to the game, my transformers are gone, the spot where my energon should be is empty, and when I go to battle beasts gambling it says I have to log in to play. But I'm already logged in. Do you know what's wrong?

Or has it been a while since you played last?

A few months ago there was a major crash that forced a rollback to a previous state.

If your team was created between the rollback point and the crash, they would have been erased from existence.

we're getting alot of these now, the whoops happened just after school's broke up, now their back the students are finding their accounts wiped.

OS should be back soon right?

I seem to have encountered the same problem. I would just start making new characters to replace the missing ones(they weren't really very far along, anyway), but without any energon to spend that it rather difficult.

So then, who do I need to see to get this little problem straightened out?

That must be what happened. Because one day I had been playing and the next everything was gone. It must have been the crash. Oh well. Is there a way I can delete that account? Cause I already created a new one. Thx.
