I know there is a poll for which faction your joining but it's hard to find the Predacons in there.

As it stands we look to be one of the smallest factions in the game and I was just trying to find out who is going to make the good choice and turn Pred so we can try and organize our efforts come V2.

Join the club Edgecrusher. This was the only compromise I could make to keep my wife away from the Maximals. I will miss the cons, but hey, when I joined up we were outnumbered 3 to 1. And now we own this game. I say we do the same with the Predacons.

You know what I find funny?

I butcher BW figures for their ball joints to make G1 figures infinitely superior.

Predacons and Maximals ... only good for spare parts.

With the alt modes available to my Monstrous Regiment, I am thinking it'd be more appropraite to become a Predacon. Thinking about it.

Because he's the one that had the foresight to get the ball rolling on this one. We needed someone to organize us and he stepped up. That makes him our current commander. We can always elect a permanent leader when V2 starts up and all the preds can have a say.

Speaking of organization, we should lay down some plans for a command and support structure so we don't jump into V2 flat-footed. It will give us a real edge going out of the gate with at least some temporary C&S system in place.

I'm almost certain I'm going Pred.

So you guys want to set up a Tripedacus council or something? Keep me well away from it. I can barely control my own bots, let alone anyone elses.

Basically. Let's face it, the changes in V2 are going to make organization and strategy a big issue. A text scroll in a mission calling itself Megatron won't lead us, so we'll need real players to do the job.

At the very least, we'll need a commander and a sub-commander to handle our overall strategy, and technical advisors to actually train noobs. Cause "just throw it all into strength and hope for the best" is really no help at all. We need people to teach them how to actually make characters based on their stats and alt mode. And maybe a logistics officer, who we could donate extra energon to stockpile, and then dole it out in larger quantities when needed by other players.

This is all just rough right now, but like I said, with a little polish before the relaunch, we can start V2 with a working command and support structure in place. Then we can elect long term leadership.

You can count me in for the Predacon cause. I'm not exactly command material, but hey, you can't have an army without lots of the little guys to fill up the fox holes.
