ALT MODES AND HMW2

Now that the new levelling system is in place I am going to start the process of migrating HMW2 alt modes into the system over the next week.

You will see periods of time where things will look funky. There may be times where you have the wrongs alts for your faction or you may have no alts at all. This will all be part of me moving the right alts into all 4 factions for the new game. This is going to be a HUGE undertaking for me and will take a bit of time.

As a result of this, the alt modes and robot modes WILL be reset with your character when HMW2 launches and you will need to pick new ones when you are reset.

Keep on playing and having fun in the meantime. None of the alt changes going on should affect your gameplay.

Geez, the way you're working, you'll have V2 up and running by the time I get back from vacation on 28 Oct.

Keep up the good work.

Either way, I see Death, War, Pestilence and Famine on the horizon, along with the Rapture, so that can't be good.

More like the beginning of the end of the end of V1 and the true beginning of the beginning of V2.

(Say that 10x fast!) :-P

Wow, sounds like things are really starting to snowball now.

If this happens, would we be able to use those "wrong faction" alts? Also, will this entire process have any effect on the alt rotator?

If you can get an alt you can keep it until the reset.

The way the rotator works will not change but obviously the alts that are rotating will. There is also the inclusion of the 2 new factions I need to get into the rotator.

I wouldn't complain - she was one of the coolest Neoknights. I mean, she momentarily stunned Unicron.

G1 marvel comic reference. Thugh personally I would have been happier had the neoknights not existed at all.

The Neoknights were mutants (possibly x-gene mutants) recruited by J.B. Blackrock (a Tony Stark wannabe) to fight the Transformers. They were accidentally transported to Cybertron when the TFs were called home by Primus, and helped fight Unicron.

They included a Beast knock-off (superhuman strength, agility and big hands and feet), a Storm knock-off (whose powers didn't work well at all on Cybertron), Rapture (who could mesmerize enemies with their own fantasies, even Unicron whom she made believe he'd already devoured the universe), and Circuit Breaker, a cyborg with electrical powers (enough to hurt Unicron, since her powers were proportional to the availability of electricity).

I think there was at least one other but I'm not sure. Rapture was the only one worth remembering - unique powers that required the writers to be clever. Circuitbreaker had decent powers, but they weren't terribly original and she was really whiny and neurotic for someone who'd all but cured their paralysis.

Edit: The Neoknights also protected Hi-Q/Optimus Prime from Unicron's sleeper agents while he searched for the Last Autobot.

Personally, I think Circuit Breaker was the best looking. Especially in her pre-Circuit Breaker days as Josie Beller. But then I've always had a thing for hot brainy computer chicks.

If so you know something I don't. Didn't see them in any of the takara series.
