How Does One Make a New Character?

It's been a very long time, and I've found I've forgotten about exactly how one goes about making a new character to join your team. It's not listed in the FAQ, it's not in any of the listings, as far as I can tell. If anyone has any help, please share them, as I'm totally clueless over on this now? Thanks!

Well, you have 12 Transformers, and the maximum is 12 on a team, so once you hit that limit, the "Create a Transformer" link disappears from your registry page. Hope that helps.

Ahh, I thought you could have more than twelve on a team. Anyways, thanks then! Didn't know that.

If you already have 12 transformers, you can't create any more.
If you have less than 12, the link is on the top of the registry page.You can also reset transformers on the upgrade page and choose new alt-modes and robot modes.
