I know nothing of Glyph's condition. That would require regular updates and use of the News Board on the Home Page.

And seeing as the Bulletin Board still has the information about the Xmas Tourny...

You'd think that Glyph being incapacitated would warrant a blurb on the bulletin board. Well, no news is good news!

So about those results that are now two months over due...

Glyph has made a post in the staff forum about what happened. He didn't say what happened specifically, but it was a huge blow to him and he's slowly recovering with the help of HolyBunny and Daniel (both of them are fine btw).

Put simply, the only person who can say for certain when Glyph'll come back is Glyph himself, but I do hope we'll hear from him soon.

Because he can't wait until someone's real life issues are resolved, because it has been said in some threads asking about the alt rotator thing that Glyph is out of it.

Lucky, i have nothing against u, but can u respect the fact that Glyph has other priorities?, his health is one of them, it has been mentioned in some threads that he is not in the best conditions to come here and focus in the game. Besides, why so obsessed with that tourney?.

But, it IS Lucky. You know, the guy who likes to criticise everything and thinks those in charge should sacrifice their lives to improve the game he plays but makes no contribution to. Remember him?

I mean I did that first post because of his attitude. Plus it's obvious Glyph has been AWOL since he always has some sort of presence here even when he isn't posting info on the game and such. Plus it has to be assumed we have RL stuff so if he ain't here, he ain't here. It's not like it's an official court summons or something. it's only common sense that if he isn't here that something has to be up.

Glyph has his stuff, he answers when he answers, but since Mkall made an official statememnt the matter should be put to rest until Glyph returns and sorts it all out here. Plus he still has the alt rotator thingie to work out too...but he probably would have those results as soon as he is able, after all he did promise Lucky he'd work on that ASAP. It's just not the P part right now.

So while i shouldn't have sunk to such a level, it has to be assumed something is up with Glyph so just sit back or..well tough.

Meh, I don't see what the big deal is. The Alt rotator isn't working... so what?

The game is still running even without Glyph here to hold it together - miraculous when you stop to think about it.

Not like we're stranded in one of those months to year long dry spells where the game is flat out down with no sign of revival.

Hey people! Guess what. I don't read every spam infested thread in this Primus Forsaken forum.

If it was mentioned that Glyph is having RL issues in another thread... I missed it.

If Glyph is having problems, a news blurb would have been nice. We don't need details. I for one, would have extened well wishes and prayers for a quick resolution and/or healing.

But there was no mention of this.

So... I will say an extra prayer for Glyph and his family and the rest of y'all can pretty much kiss my aft.

You can lock this now. I'll ask for the results again later.

It's that civil tone you lacked that bugged me. Glyph had explained things to you quite clearly, then as he was doing what he said he did to you, suddenly he vanished abruptly. I can understand the frustration in that Lucky but as always you come on like a mack truck doing 100mph on the highway.

You could have easily said just "I am curious as to the progress of the X-Mas tourney results, I haven't heard from you in two months glyph and i am wondering what's happening with that?"

Straight to the point and none of us get stupid on you due to any misinterpretations.

No.

I think the results would have been the same. When anybody tries to ask direct questions about the work done by those in charge, they are set upon by various members of the community like bloodthirsty hyenas and belittled for daring to "peek behind the curtain".

If we used the News Bulletin Page once and a while... this would not happen.
