Unlikely.. one thing I've noticed is that there is a surprising amount of people on the list who are mostly inactive.. well, at least surprising to me.. so it shouldn't take much effort to move up the list.

How'd this work? My team has a combined total of over 19 million XP, and I didn't make the top 300? Maybe I was over looked...

There are players in the top 300 according to this with combined totals that are less than some of my indivudal 'cons.
