It's basically like the "Upgrade" next to your other attributes (Strength, Intel, Speed, Endurance, etc...). All it does is increase the specific tactic of your character by one point. Think of it like they're "training" to improve their transformation abilities and skills, or something like that...

I didn't know they had wise ass answers in the dictionary.

And y2si makes yet another totally meaningless, smart-ass remark that doesn't even contribute to the topic of the original thread. typical.

the dude came on asking for help, and his response was a derogatory dictionary definition that will discourage him from asking another question. you know im right. im only pointing out the obvious. the use of alliteration there was to show the harmony between myself and the glaring truth.

And naturally that somehow absolves all derogatory comments you've made to point out that fact. 8-|

Right, let's get this back on track, assuming there's anything left to discuss

fine, abuse the guy who points out the hypocritical nature of some players who claim to offer help, but do so only to appease their ego and appear knowledgable to their contemporaries. i personally dont think its a mods position to take sides in a debate but thats neither here nor there.

but i will applaud your pun "back on track" with regards to the nature of this topic. intentional yea?!

If you can prove to me that Tammuz is "appeasing his ego to appear knowledgeable to his contemporaries" go right ahead. However, I know Tammuz, and I know he's knowledgeable on many things, especially HMW. Is there ego in him? maybe, maybe not. Did he really need to post what he did? No he did not, but he did anyways.

Did that give you any reason to be derogatory about someone else's derogatory comment? Since using the dictionary seems to be the theme here:
Derogatory: -adjective, tending to lessen the merit or reputation of a person or thing; disparaging; depreciatory

Since I've seen no derogatory comments in his post, then such meaning must be inferred. You obviously inferred something that I did not, and responded on such inference with something that was clearly derogatory towards Tammuz.

I don't see a debate here, just the start of a potential flame war that I've put a stop to. I can, and sometimes do debate things though: religion, politics, ethics, abortions, homosexuality, or why Decepticons are better than Autobots. I can carry out a good debate so long as the other party wishes for a debate as well.

Thanks, but since this doesn't seem to be going anywhere else, I'll lock her up.

If you wish to continue this y2si, feel free to drop me a PM.

redcryptic, I hope this hasn't discouraged you from further posting on SEIBERTRON.com. See you on the battlefield :PEACE:
