OK. Some of you asked for a specific time so here it is.

I am tentatively planning on "officially" relaunching the game next Tuesday night (9/30) US central time. This, of course, is pending nothing blows up in testing between now and then.

We can make this a big event if you want or not but I will be constantly on the forums that night and will let you know in here when the gun goes off.

Can we only make it a big event if you are sure the server can handle hundreds of rabid fanboys all fighting over the name Starscream and Stalker?

Good to know I have a few days to re-play Force Unleashed though.

Forget Saturday, TUESDAY is my new favorite day of the week.

I'm not a fanboy, I just want to keep Starscream since I've had him for years(thanks to Dyna and Sounders of course )

I just hope all canon names will end up in their respective sides (says me, who will race for the dinobots )

I thought you could copy a name as long as you're on a different side. Like the Autobots and the Decepticons can each have the name "Starcream" once, but the 'cons can't have that name twice. Basically, aren't we able to have four "Starsceam"s running around at any given time?

Nope, only one instance of each name is possible, regardless of side. However, if a name went inactive for 90 days, it could be cloned by someone else.

At one point or another I ended up with pretty much every canon name I ever wanted, just by being patient and paying attention to what names were available (or becoming available) with the search function. In the end I had it pared back to just Grimlock and Rattrap, though. Hoping to keep both.

I have been very bord at work this past couple weeks since the game has been down and I am glad the game will finally be up on Tuesday. Thanks guys for making my work life a little more sane. Plus I want to kick butt until there is no more butt to kick!

With everyone at the same level there's going to be plenty of but to go around.

Not to sound like a bossy knob, but can everyone avoid the names Misanthropy, Torture and Shadow Moses? I'll not be joining the canon scramble but I don't want to have to kill or rename anyone major.
