War Map Regions

In the unlikely event the War Map was not lost with the rest of the data, I can't find it anyway. But I could do with knowing the regions listed and the descriptions of each region.
Can anyone help me out with this?

Don't have the original regions but these are the ones we used for the warmap-minigame I made, its pretty well researched... hope it helps.

I don't have the map, but i do have location names wrote down. Theres a couple on the list that are not on Psychout's map, just thought i would share them aswell.
Plasma Energy Chamber, Cybertropolis, Nova Cronum, Perihex, Uraya, Dead End, Sonic Canyons.
