How often should the alt rotator rotate? This poll will run for 10 days and then I will set it to the winning option.

I'm going with four weeks. That way there's less of a chance of alt hunts being screwed up. Plus every week might just get a little too much.

2 or 4 for me, I guess I like even numbers!

I say two weeks. Not a terribly long time to wait, but just long enough without it being too short.

I was going to vote every week, but Burn made an excellent point about the alt-hunts, so I voted two.

Every week is too often; once a month is too long: i vote every 2 weeks so we get a bi-monthly review.

Every 2 weeks sounds good.

i voted every 4 weeks, for a few reasons:
#1: in the past new alts have been, won, not given.
#2: makes alts more rare, and for people that have had rare alts for some time, they don't feel there work Keeping that alt was a waist of time, having new alts every week, odds of the alt they have had getting picked is more likly.
#3: gives players something to look forward too every month,and ample time to secure said alt.

1 week sounds like a weekly giftshop giveaway.
2 weeks being a lil longer, still seems to often to me.
3 weeks almost right, but a ODD week, and would fall on different weeks/days every month.
4 weeks/monthly, just seems like a good idea to me, one day every month for a new look, say the 4th, or something.

well thats my 2cents on this mater, but everyone has there own view/reasons.

Voted for "2 Weeks". Having the rotations more frequently will increase the variety in the game, as different alts come up more frequently, and increase the likelihood of any one Rare alt showing up. A weekly rotation seems a bit much though.

This is an excellent point. If it's run weekly rare alts won't exactly be rare because they'll be popping up more often.

Also it gives people at lower levels 4 weeks to experiment with a rare alt rather than a week.

I voted for 3 weeks, it seems like a good duration to me, not too long but not too short a time either.

Seems though that I'm in the minority with that option.

I voted for 2 weeks.

I voted four weeks, simply because I thought it would allow folks to test setups with their new alts and still have the option to reset and not lose the alt.

when its every week,it just makes it harder to run alt based tournies and such. plus its like redo one week, change the next. you need some time of having the same alts. so every 2-3 weeks would be nice and 1 would be too little and 4 would be too long.

There needs to be a link to this poll in the faction bulletins.

I going with one week, but fine with two.

Just because the alts change doesn't mean that you have to reset your characters and take one.

2 Weeks. Eh, it just feels right. 1 week will mess you up, 4 weeks and rares wont really be rare anymore. 2 weeks, if you want to reset you can but still keeps you from trying to reset often.

Every month sounds about right to me, I want the rare alts to actually be rare.

I voted for three weeks because two still feels a bit too frequent while four weeks would be too long. Three weeks sounds right, IMO.
