Back home again and back to life (Please read!)

I was thinking that maybe I should just post this in at the D-con headquarters since that is where the majority of the citizens I know at Seibertron hang about (well ..usually), but then I know many more that do not at all so rather they have to look all over God’s creation — or be the last to know.
That said, if this is not where this post should be just move it to where you see fit.
I wanted to apologize first to anyone who may have had to wait for a response from me concerning any recent commission orders or inquiries. My daughter, Jewel apparently –from what I can see– did try to make rounds to the different websites I patronize in order to inform everyone, but how exactly she missed Seibertron which is like ... like it’s set as my homepage.
God bless her. *lol* I know she tried and the whole experience was far more frightening for her than it was for me I’m sure.
I was recently hospitalized. I’m not going to downplay it. It was a pretty serious situation and I’m only glad it was caught when it was or I would not be here talking to you all right now. That’s not an exaggeration — I nearly died. I'm just now finally able to get back into a sensible & normal work routine again, but I have weeks of emails staring at me so all I can really ask for is your patience and to thank you in advance.
I know you’re wondering what happened and I have no idea whether or not anyone was told here at all so I will I try to explain this as I had over at my DA journal: I’m still lost in a daze over what really transpired. I had posted a stamp art over there (DA) and wanted to add some photos I took of my flower garden because I was so proud of all the redesigning and landscaping I had done for that. I came out of my office, and I’m told that I fainted more or less. A rather bland description, but I have nothing else. I don’t recall the trip to the hospital or the surgery I had to undergo. I’m missing a week of my life there.
A few weeks before the incident, I had a small bump directly underneath my right arm close to the arm pit. It never hurt, ( Not at the time) and it also wasn’t irritating, etc. I just chalked it up as being just a case of an ingrown hair and figured it would pass on it’s own. I complained the morning just hours before I landed in the hospital, that my arm hurt and was sore. What I didn’t know was that the bump was really an infection that was growing inside the lymph node and that the gland had actually burst leaking the infection into my blood stream.
I think that unnerves & frightens me the most is that I didn’t detected it. There was no real .. What you could call a, ‘warning bell’ because I felt so fine. I had a first stage Septicaemia growing (blood poisoning) and didn’t even realize it.
