i keep trying to get into missions and i keep getting:
Content Encoding Error

Not to be too smart alecky first thing in the morning, but have you looked up in the bugs thread yet?
Non smart alecky answer, Yes and it might be the result of the server switch, and if that's the case we'll just have to wait for everything to settle back down.

i figured the server switch thing, but i noticed there was no thread so i thort i'd make one, jus for general hows ur father

Well it's either the server thing or it's an evil plot to take over HMW.
I blame the Minimals!
Either way, I just know I'm foaming at the mouth for the game to be up and running again.

lol i've been slacking so i jus wanted to put guys in, i've slipped at least 3 places in the past week due to revision
gotta be server stuff, maybe its a super duper early release of HMW2? in my dreams lol, would be a bad time for me neways

Nah, can't be early release or we'd have at least part of the staff playing the role of rah-rah girl while it's down.
Though we are in the right general time frame for it I think. Maybe another month or two.
If it does turn out to be an early release I'll eat my metal frame and turn Pred

Hmmmm...just because you bots are in the lead doesn't mean we Cons arn't nipping at your jugluar ready to rip it out! The Pred's and Maxi's are just cannonfodder.

I would mouth off, but the only thing that's coming to mind is juvenile. So in lieu of that I'll sit here and laugh while the evil Decepticon scheme to make you all go through HMW withdrawals works it's magic.

i clicked the diagnose problems in windows. it says the tcp settings arent compatible with my router

For the record, I haven't been told anything about what's going on.
But then I don't have access to the official word either because of the server move and/or iffy ISP.
But I think it's a safe bet to say that it is NOT HMW2 as OS would have made a post in the staff forum about it.

I feel it worth pointing out to (it seems pretty much everybody) that you can 100% garentee that whenever the site goes under any sort of maintenence, and especilly when it moves servers, HMW breaks down. Fact.
Now as long as it is working again by Sunday afternoon next week, I'll be happy (week off work!)

OS must have had some personal matters to attend to as I haven't seen him all weekend until just now.
So until we get an official word from him let's all just sit calmly and maybe explore other parts of the site and see if they're all working as well.

Im using it as a chance to play KotOR2.
Normally I'd have to be alt tabbing out of that game all the time, now I dont. It makes it more enjoyable.
