Okay gentlemen. I am mightily confused.
I have returned to HMW after about a year. My beautiful Transformers are gone. The ones I spent a disgusting amount of time pointing and clicking to level up. Well, alright they were all crap. But still. After reading lots of threads i still am nowhere, it's down for Botcon/HMW2/Server Change/countless other reasons.
Whut.
I have no idea what's going on at all.

Also do you think Seibertron will ever make a mobile version of HMW, i tried playing yesterday but it doesn't fit on my phone

The server crashed, data couldn't be restored, started from scratch.

Works mighty fine on my windows mobile based device, I heard others (RevengeOfStarscream) say he plays on his iPhone.

So yeah, it does work on phones, Maybe it's something you want to check when you have your new phone on trial

Would it really be that hard to make a m.hmw.seibertron.com or something like that and have it so that anyone that has mobile internet can use it? I have a samsung rant from Sprint and no part of seibertron loads at all. It uses Polaris 6.0 browser

Well.. seing as it isn't a supported browser, It's more of a problem on the users side than on seibertron's side.

Why not try a mobile device that has opera, iexplore, safari or chrome on it?

i-phones (and the knock offs) pick it up, otherwise most phones/psp/ds dont have the free memory to load the site. and even if it can load seibs, HMW is a whole new problem.

I want hmw on the go!!!

ok i'm done whining about this for now

I've played HMW on PSP. Only problem i really had was a slow problem. But then again, i also was getting too great a connection from the wireless router i was using.

has nothing to do with your memory card but with the internal memory, right?

I have a nokia 6300 with a very limited 7mb of internal memory (used for text messages etc.) it loads hmw just fine if I stick to arena combat (select all, go!) on a windows Mobile based device I even get a good resolution and functioning scrolling so I can enter missions...

both aren't "powerhouses" (ahem) like the psp and wIfePhone. could it be the PSP is trying to load all the graphics in its memory (including the ads) and that's what's giving it's very limited browser problems?

i think the ads are the problem.

on my phone it turns the site into single colum hell. do you know how bad it is to have to scroll for 5 minutes just to log in? it takes a full bar of battery to almost load the page.

I'm not sure if it has to do with the memory card, because i was using my standard 32mb(which is all i have), haha. psp i have is a PSP-1000 series. and i would think a PSP-2000 series or newer could handle it since they can handle Skype. Doubt firmware updates would deal with it much, but the firmware i was using, was whichever i got off FF7: Crisis Core.

edit: oh, and my memory was practically full too, with a Rescue Me minisode on it and Disturbed's Indestructible music vid.

I use my iPhone to feed my HMW addiction, Both it and the rest of the site work just fine :D

But a HMW app would be awesome!

Buy a new phone just to play HMW? No. I just don't think itd be that big of a deal to have a version of the HMW homepages that doesn't have all the links, drop down menus, and images that do not load properly on some phones.

Lol OS, you say what we're all thinking.

I think a game like HMW is suited for light mobile entertainment, i'm sure it'll happen some time in the future.
