Defensive Tank

Hey I was thinking about making a toy of my fan bot (WarForge :CON: ), But I can't figure out what the "Defensive Tank" alt mode is from so that I can get a better idea of how to make him. I know I've seen it somewhere before but I can't put my finger on it. Could anyone tell me what the Defensive Tank Alt Mode is from?

I think that's one of the GI Joe vehicles, but I'm not sure.

Just use a G1 Stalker as the base mold.

You can't go wrong with it. 8)

Well I just got done checking Ever Single G. I. Joe Vehicle toy ever made. could not find anything that looked like the Defensive Tank Alt Mode. I'll never make fun of Transformers repaints again, They use the same jeep (the V.A.M.P.) 26 times in 2 years with just new paint. Oh and burn I hope your not referring to the G1 Sparkstalker Transformer, Pink!? :???:

I was thinking of doing a scratch build with some plastic molding tools I have.
So I'll be making Every part as a plastic cast piece, good thing I make Miniatures for a living. :-?

*Edit; Okay I just looked up the G1 Stalker, it not a bad bot (other then the techno color explosion paint job). I'll give you that Burn, and thank for the tip.

But I still really want to know what the Defensive Tank is based on, so i can get a better Idea of what to make.

Sparkstalker and Stalker are two VERY different molds.

And it's only pink on certain issues.

But you know, the original colours are irrelevant if you're making your own character.

I think steve and tammuz were obsessed with it, kept referring to it as a "lego" tank.

Warrant, check the lego transformers range, I think the exact model is taken from there.

Thanks Psychout but I think I all ready found the basis for the HMW Alt form with a Lot of help from Burn. The Funny thing is once you said Lego it all just snapped together. I use to own it when I was younger, that's where I remembered it from.
And I was starting to think it was the Rover from the Movie Armageddon. Well better get Started on those Blue Prints, Thanks again for All the Help Burn. (I knew I could trust my Fellow D-con) <-Famous Last Words

And Evil looks good in any color (but Purple will always have a special Place in my heart -> :CON: <-)
And Wow just Wow Burn that was . . . I can't think of words for that . . .

You sure?

'cause with the Freaks off who knows where ... there's really only one other group MMP would likely go near ...

Though it could be interesting, midget clone meets midget cassette.

Warrant - So you're going to scratchbuild? Keep us updated (in the HMW forums) on the progress.

The only current figures I can think of that might be remotely close (and could possibly used for parts) is BM Strikya, Blastcharge or Energon Snowcat.

The Colors They Burn!!!!!!!
I think my Scanner just Throw up. #-o

I was going to post some pic's of some phase one "blue prints" but I need to go and get a new Scanner.
As soon as I can I'll have the pics up for you guys to look at.

But a run down is that I was going to have the "Crane Turret" have two arms on it that fold out, and I was going to lock the body as one solid chassis in vehicle mode so that I could get a better feel for the robot mode. the robot mode is going to have some design elements like a Techmarine from Warhammer (mostly the arm & leg armor) and I was going to have the crane arms over slung the shoulders to give the "Servo arm" look and the center of the "Turret" will be the CO2 Shotgun. Well when I get a new scanner you can all see for your selfs, Sorry I blame the Techno color Bot for my Scanners Death.
