Will there still be manual and auto CR in V2? Is this option useful or obsolete?

The CR options are staying the same.
Energon will be much more valuable in the future and there may be times you will need it set to manual.

atleast a week in the arena for energon before becoming missionaries
depending on the outcomes of course
