I need to know who all has prize alts. If you have won an alt mode as a prize in the past, I need you to post the following in this thread (and be honest because I can find out if you are lying ):

1. The image of the alt you won.

2. What you did to win it.


The functionality is now in place to grant you these alts so I can set you up as soon as you can give me these 2 details.

That alt will be available to you from now on.

Does this apply to alts that were Autobot alts and were won as prizes by the Decepticons? Or does this apply to only personal prize alts?

I received from the Christmas tournament.

Which has been pointless since the alt rotator went up and it became a Core alt available to everyone ever since... But still... Do core alts rotate out at all?

Bummer. That bites--I have 2 Autobot alts, one of which was originally a Decepticon and then transported over to the whining Autobots because they wanted Aerialbots. The other was won in the Tourney of Self-Identity.

This was a big oopsie. I was not aware it was yours when it was put in the rotation. It is now permanently out of the rotation and in your prize alts section on your reset screen.

War of Self Identity tournament.

IIRC The War of self Identity Tournament Prizes where NOT, repeat NOT personal prize alts. they where alts from the opposite Faction that where made available to ALL members of the winning faction. sorry but Quietstorm, Pyro Nosa, and Psychout did not win those alts as personal Prizes(or if they did EVEY SINGLE CON who existed at the time of WOSI won them too), They where limited Editions not Personal Prizes. just like the Xmas tournie alts, if limited editions are made as personal prize alts everysingle con will have more Personal Prize alts than normal rotating alts.

the only Personal Prize alts given out under Glyph came after the christmas tournie, AFAIK they where Deadboy's Rattrap, Snapcase's Devastator, Burn's Catalyst, Windracer's Raider, and Optimus Prive's Windracer.

So what happens now then? I put mine here to get the same as Qs and Pyro.

WHen you Reset a TF you should see you're Prize alt selection above the normal available alts selection. your Prize Alt will NOT appear on your availabale Alt mode page.

September 2004 - These alt modes were made available to the Decepticons for two weeks as a prize for winning the War of Self Identity tournament.

I get that bit. What I am confused about is; do we get to keep the ones we have held onto, like QS and PN have?

Otherwise I may as well just reset the lot and be done with them now.

if you've been given a Personal Prize alt you will always bee able to select it. OS want's to know who got what and what for that's the purpose of this thread

if you've just held on to a retired alt, then this thread really has nothing to do with it, and you've probably got the wrong end the stick.

I was going by what OS had said, where Quietstorm and Pyro Nostra have been able to keep the alts they won in WOSI.

I posted mine as that ^^ told me there was a chance of keeping them. If there is no chance of keeping them, i wont bother holding onto them any longer and ill reset them for another alt that doesnt involve so much work or planning.

the thing is if people are awarded the WOSI alts then every con should get them too. and then we should aslo get the XMAS tournie alts(not the personal ones for the top commander of each section, the ones that where rotatated in for the factions winning the sections) aswell.

which is silly as that's at least 20% of the alts in the database.
