Nothing.

It's a dead feature that wasn't removed from the game properly.

I've forgotten the technical stuff that all failed, but basically, minicon missions ended up being that you had 0-3, 4-7, and 7-11 brackets. You won, and your faction recieved so many mincicons.

Well, Minicons became as high a commodity as Null Rifles are to the low levels now. And were restocked as frequently. In order to win, you needed a lot of muscle. So the level threes and 2s decided that the zeros are worht nothing and should just go away. Logically, this is sound. However, considering for a moment this is an input>output web based GAME, this is a good way to start a flamewar. Or thirty. And as a result, more 0s got into the missions than should have to "prove theselves". And I suspect moreso on the Autobot side, but a little on both, things didn't go so hot in the old personel.

And of course, now you have minicon-empowered robots running around. In general, yes. The cons did better at winnign them. But battles were extremely lopsided with them in any direction. (Much like the battles in Armada SHOULD have been, if they shot more and talked less, and could avoid the plotholes...) One autobot could suddenly walk in and level three cons with the minicon, where before he shouldn't have had a living chance to WOUND one. And vice-versa.

So while regarded as a good idea, and an interesting little gimmick, we basically decided that in execution the "moron" who prgorammed that needed to be shot.

(That's sarcasm, along the same lines as "What Idiot dremt this up, oh me." excpet I wasn't the prgoramming and couldn't prgram myself out of a paperbag)

I get that about right?

Flashwave, I like you. We should totally hang out. I'd buy the first round at the bar even.

I wouldn't, least for another three years. They have laws about minors and alcohol ;) . But I appreciate the compliment.

See, where I come from, we're allowed to drink alcohol anywhere at 18 (and most people manage it before that anyway), and at home we're allowed to drink (when supervised by parents) as young as 3 years old!

And people wonder why Britian is a nation full of piss artists...

I guess its also pretty ironic that were talking about booze in a minicon thread, as the 'bots treated them like shandies at a kegger. After they were pulled from the game, they ran out of them a whole month before we did.

But they make fun pets. And really, you change the color, you change their frequency. You can get some really mellow Zeeks out of a nice turquoise. But I would advise avoiding the reds and oranges. Tec Spec also mastered the creation of a multi-colored 'zeek, It was more spastic than dangerous and didn't last real long before he blended. I think he ended up a lovely pearl color...

I'm sorry, what wer ewe talking about here?

Nah, the Unknowns are a species that lives beyond the HMW Dimension(s). When something fails in the game, a rift opens in the dimension, and they come racing in something like this:
