Guys I want to start a new contest. It can be one of two contests. A 250k energon contest which can be open to all or a much larger pot that will be open to only those that buy in. Who would like to get into a contest?

I will give this a week before I post the contest rules and rewards. If anyone feels like donating to this please let me know.

Is there a particular format that you prefer?

The reason that I ask because I have actually designed several games up (treasure hunts, round robins, etc.). So with the buy-in you will find it a fast and furious pace, but will be locked down to people that have signed up.

For the open free-for all it will be a bit longer and more elaborate because I want to be fair to those that may not have the time to play frequently but still would like to participate

Thanks. I will let you know via PM if I require any assistance. Once I have a vote, I will probably go ahead and let you know know what the rules are for the contest. if you see something that is horribly wrong or can be approved I will be glad to listen to your suggestions.

Well if we get a good contest going I may ask that if you are still willing to help and that if the winner of the contest is a con then you could donate that side to them (unless you win).

Being unable to donate to either side can be a pain for games. *nods* I'm up for a game. I've run several tournaments, hunts, and other games. Been a while since we had one though.

too bad there aren't alt mode prizes anymore. those were the slam.

Funny you should say that, as one of the mods capable of handing them out im more than willing to award them as long as the competition is both fun and fair.

if you're willing to keep track for me, please do. I just can't do it myself do to my current limitations

NV I will have to start this tonight. I left my data drive at home, so building a new game sheet for you at work would only leave it on my computer at home. Once I have a sheet for you I can fill out the tracking pretty quickly.

I captured you for two days and then I started working on other projects and sort of forgot about you. I'm sorry.
I will pick up where I left off and start capturing your battles. I am pretty sure you won the tournament from just protecting Burn and killing me first for the past week.

Sorry man... this is completely unlike me to forget a promise like that. I will try not to let it happen again.
