I'm not new, but i took a holiday and when i came back i noticed theese minicon powerlink slots, and i want to know how i use them

they are currently unavailable, it is not known when they will be available.

You can't yet - When the new Version of HMW launches you'll be able to powerlink and do all sorts of other stuff.

The purpose of that wasn't to really show anything. I was just getting some placeholders moved in for some of the upcoming functionality.
