do profiles get deleted due to prolonged inactivity? if so, what happens to their weapons & armor? if not, would there be any way to take their unused gear and repost it?

No, they don't get deleted. However robots get removed from the high score list and names become available, so if the person returns, you can end up with two of the same named characters in the game.

What do you need? Someone might have an extra gun laying around.

I think that was just mods being bored.

The nullrays were a proper weapon, it's the kick to the nuts that boredom is mostly responsible for. Think Chaoslock has the only remaining one though, but there may be more out there.
3 months is the inactive period, after that a team drops out of the high score chart and any names become available, although due to some name-grabbing shenanigans at the last reset there are handful of multiple names, mostly unimaginative canon ones... I think you can probably guess which.

haha yea i can definitely guess which ones. what sucks though, is the fact that they'd get to hold onto any weapons they had prior to quitting. which makes alot of the really good lower echelon weapons obsolete. like sonic swords & plasma blasters lol.

Null-Rays are probably one of the best sets of weapons to have. Looking over old data and my assumption of what some of the weapons I haven't been able to get my hands on, you probably won't see much of a difference.
There honestly is very little damage on the lower level weapons.
Null-rays do roughly the same damage 90% of the time as dirge guns or brawn blasters.

hmmmm....**** you OS. **** you. It's okay to completely neuter the "Back hand from the almighty Burn" but you leave the Kick to the Nuts alone.
