I've seen a ton of avoids happening before on occasion, this isn't really any different.

That's what normally happens when you send a level 1 after a team of level 6s...

And it really shows up here because you are fighting against characters without tactics…since characters can only avoid weapon/punch/kick attacks, and every attack instead of about half of attacks in a normal mission are this type, you are likely to see significantly more avoids in this type of mission.
