Yup, that's my cat Vinny. Tried to do it with my other one, Willow, but she didn't cooperate. Check the awesome poses thread for a clearer image.

And no, he's just resting against the beast, which is not a cat in the movie.

I thought so, too. That's what gave it away for me, in fact. "Evil" helmet on a "good" head. I have a scene in mind, but I'd like to give leakin' a chance to post his since he already guessed Nemesis's pic.

Ok, I'll go ahead and post mine just to keep things moving. This wasn't the easiest to set up; I couldn't find the prop I wanted for Swerve. Hopefully the other props in the pic will help.
