A new cannon for Catgut
Posted: Tue Aug 19, 2014 8:18 pmSince (well, before actually, i had the idea first...) TFSS announced Catgut, I had only one complaint. And that was that he lacked a good gun mode. He, like many of the Arms Micron, at least in my opinion have these big bodies and tiny gun barrels. No biggie though, I )hought to myself, there's plenty of 5mm pegs and postholes, and hey, Energon Starscream has a gun with a peghole in back.
So fast forward to last night, and to my shock, there's no sign f Screamer's guns, either set, anywhere in my parts collection. And then I stunbled on a baggie of other Energon goodies, and found Battle Ravage. "Hey, this has a vaguely peg shaped cone on it... hmm, not quite thick enough to hold him up, but this peg on the side looks awefully close to CatGut's thigh...
Before we get to the good stuff, I am not sure that spraying one part with Krylon Fusion gloss black constitutes a "custom", and anyway these are prepaunt photos, so I stick them into photoblitz
And here's one with Battle Ravage's other gun scope attached. Although I am not fond of the scope for Treadshot or Catgut, it akes a nice scope for the cannon mode. Finally, CatGut turns into something that looks like war.
