Thanks! And I like your scale. I also believe that deluxe prime works best with the scramble city CW toys combined. I am working on a battle scene with that in mind. I am just not sure where the deluxe seekers go. They look a bit small with devastator but a bit too big CW Superion. I am photographing both options right now.

Noice, works for me!!

Thanks. I only have a few scale complaints with my figures. Main one is no voyager seekers, I love my FoC Seekers but wish they were bigger.

Thats a 3p grimlock right? Also, does this mean you use the Prime version of Optimus as your classics Optimus? Do you think it works better than the Classics Optimus prime?

Yes sir, that is the Planet X Vulcan Grimlock. Best Grimlock ever I say. I do use 1st ed. Prime Optimus for classics. He is the best looking Prime(besides MP-10 of course), the Classics Prime just looks off to me. He feels kinda short, plus the big forearm kibble hurts him. The 1st ed Prime has great colour and nice wide shoulders and just works better for me. Also I use Prime Wheeljack, GO! BH Soundwave and voyager Megatron in my classics. Although I will be replacing Megs with the new one coming out. With Soundwave its tough because I want one that scales well with seekers, since I use FoC ones the GO! works(plus he looks badass). I may buy the deluxe WfC Soundwave at some point.

Yeah I realized that as I was taking the pics below. I found it toff how tall Brainstorm looked in comparison, even though Brainstorm is a tall bot too. I guess hes just not that imposing.

Hence why I find the pics at the deluxe scale work better due to deluxe WFC Optimus being such a beast.

Another thing I am testing is here the deluxe seekers go. Do they scale better with Menasor/Superion or Devastator and Pradaking :-? You tell me.

Man I have always wanted TF Prime First Edition Optimus Prime. It's such a cool-looking toy, and one of the best looking Optimus figure in general.

@Silly - PRID FE OP is a great figure - I'd highly recommend tracking one down, but they go for pretty high these days. Also be aware there is a second release hm that is missing some paint apps in alt mode. That's the one I have but I knew that going in.

@Willyjamboree - such seekers, much wow

What is the highest price I should pay on him?

Oh jeez, I'm not the best source for what's a good price.

At retail it was a $25-ish figure. I don't use "value" to guide me, I just go with what I'm comfortable with. So what do you feel comfortable with for a hard to find voyager figure?

30$ used. He's only worth much now because he is recent. Paying any more than that wont be worth it in the long haul. He isnt rare in any way, just wanted. But these things pass. Dont go for him new if you plan on removing him from the packaging, because then its not worth it. Also be very careful to precise Voyager when you do your searches. There is a deluxe version that is rather cheap.

About 25 to 30 dollars usually, but sometimes if I want it enough, I can go up to about 45 dollars.

I'll need to wait a few months at least though before making a purchase like that. Finances are tight right now. Bills to pay, groceries to get, ya know. Important stuff. :-P

Which toy will take priority when the time comes? Supreme Starscream, UW Devastator or First Edition prime?

I like Supreme Starscream, but I don't really need it that much. I'd rather get some original Cybertron figures actually. First Edition Prime is not extremely expensive at around 40$, but what I want most is Devy. I may however, get CW Devy and an upgrade set instead though. I have not fully decided yet. I like Takara's better, but the parts I wanted fixed most (Bonecrusher's crotch piece, Mixmaster having his original alt-mode), were not fixed. I do like the fixed joints on a lot of them, but the parts I originally thought were better on Takara's such as the color, are actually about the same as Hasbro's version. With the DNA Design upgrade on the Hasbro one, I think he'd be amazing enough. I do still like the Takara one though because of the fixes elbows on the individual guys so it's hard to say.

I've always thought these Miroman figures work great for human scale with MPs.

More fun with Microman/TF scale

Thanks guys! Who doesn't love dino riders?

The good thing about that RID shot is it motivated me to do the arm mod on Prime.
Makes a big difference.

I found this on facebook and realized that the ideal scale is rarely what we see in the show

Although to be fair he should be using the Leader Magnus since Springer and arcee are not meant for any MP scale.
