Well, we all know that when doing customs, you won't always use the weapons or parts that come with the figure you're customizing. So basically, I don't want to have to spend $20-$40 on a figure that I only want for it's weapons or parts. Do you guys know of any sites, or even users that I could purchase spare weapons and other parts from. A lot of these topics don't get replies, but I'd really appreciate the help.

I think your best bet is model kits, particular the ones from Japan. I would say any military kits would also work, but it seems that the Japanese Mecha Model kit market would have kits of just spare weapons parts that are more in line with Transformers. Other than that, conventions.
