I like to think i've gotten a good grip on molding and customizing figures but I think i've hit the celiing in terms of painting by hand. I'd like to take it to the next level with airbrushing but I'm cluless on good brands and good beginners sets. Any thoughts, suggestions, primal screams? :-B

Badger's pretty much the go-to company for airbrushes. I have a Model 250, which is a good entry-level unit: solid, easy to use and clean, and the propellant's cheap. The only real downside is it's more for area coverage, not really good at detail work. You'll need a dual action model for fine work.

Ah now this is what I was looking for. Im not really looking to jump right into precise detail a`la Sabrina Ng ( her paint work is amazing) but to more or less get the feel of it. thanks for tips!

I got an AZTEK A320 for sale.

It's a good brush. Signle action internal mix and I've got the fine, medium, and broad tips that will help you get a handle of airbrushing.

I only used it once.
