Hey I got some things!

Not pictured is the PE hands and feet set for PotP Abominus. Got that while it was on sale at BBTS. Actually all these things were on sale at BBTS.

Here is Abominus's new groove.

Not sure how I feel about the OG hands on the thighs yet.

So I've been geeking out over Giga Armor Mega Man for the last two days and have a **** pile of pics to post. He's good, real good.

Might crack open those mini-pla kits the weekend and still haven't decided if I want to open the MUSCLEs yet. I want to give em a good sniff and see if they smell like my childhood =P~

Well these guys are the coolest dopesauce Reflector we deserved!

I especially like the flash gun, super rad. I do wish the weapons and accessories combined in ways that could be used by individual bots.

Packaging is neat and the manual is tops ;)^

How 'bout some month old Mega Man X pics? I nabbed this guy while BBTS was doing their 20 years of sales thing. Still not sure the exact name of this **** figure. Let's see; Mega Man X Tamashi Nations Chogokin Giga Armor or something like that with or without some of those words in some order. The box just says Giga Armor and also has the word Tamashi on it and stuff I can't read. So what eves, it's a bomb ass Mega **** Man X!

I took these pics a month ago and probably had some type of narrative in mind, but now I'll do the best I can. So, pics?

Here's X, he's very posable, he has lots and I mean lots of die-cast. Instead of the armor panels being metal (which some are) his "skeleton" is made of metal, including joints. He's bottom heavy in a good way and just feels amazing in hand. He's some bastard off-shoot of the Chogokin line.

He has some amazing details (as you can see), but check out his booster boots!

He also comes with "Rush", well some weird made up version of Rush that didn't exist in the X series.

Comes with a stand for Rush, well it's for something else, but more on that later.

Speaking of coming with ****, he comes with a **** ton of ****. (new drinking game, take a sip/shot/drink when you see asterisks)

Yeah, that's a ass load of parts. Let's armor this fool up!

Upgraded booster boots

Backpack jet/booster/wings?

Upgraded Mega Buster

Fully armored/weaponed up

Most of the parts are fiddly, fall off easly and/or limit articulation. And because I'm a poor fan, I have no idea which if any game this **** belongs to. Mostly don't like all the extra parts. Kinda fun, but the core figure is the star for me.

But that's not all. Remember that flight stand? Yerp, the armor and Rush can do a thing.

Easily the best use of Rush and the armor as Rush doesn't have as much articulation as I'd like and X needs a Ride Chaser.

I saved the best trick for last. Instead of pop off arm/mega buster, he can do this!

The dino is a good jump point, but there are so many cool ones to choose from now. Just wait until I open the Sentinel and NXEdge figures, those are flipping sweet.

Anyway back to the boxes of beast. They're neat desktop distractions and are made quite well, they are by no means a must try kinda thing. If you can find one at a con that strikes your fancy and/or at a good price then jump. The KOs are under $4 shipped now if you want a super low commitment and they're built 98% as good as the OGs, but lack the nice paint.

The dino and gorilla have new revisions with weapons. I'd like to get the gorilla, mammoth, parrot, crawfish and the ghost dog retool of the dino. Not sure which decos of each, be t probably the original. Not real hot in the hippo/rhino or triceratops. The penguins are really cute too. I just can't justify the price for toys that are more neat than necessary. The Alien is really cool, but stays folded up in it's box.

So ultimately, they are nice and worth checking out at least one for the novelty of it.
