Settled into our condo somewhere on Oahu. Would post pictures, but I'm really tired (given that 6:00 PM Hawaii time is 12:00 AM WV time).

Grabbed Kiclback and Shuffler at a Target today. Kickback is pretty good, but Shuffler is better for what he is.

I'm gonna wait to post most of the pictures until I get back (since it's annoying to upload attachments with a phone), but I've got to post this one now since Grotusque and Shuffler look awesome together:

Believe it or not, the North Shore was where we've been staying for most of the trip. However, we got tired of the ants and the lack of air conditioning at our condo, so we stayed at a hotel last night, and we checked into Aulani (the Disney resort) for one night before we head back to WV tomorrow and Wednesday.

Also, nice robits!

They're definitely pretty good.

Also, there's a Target somewhere around here, so I may get a shot at buying more robits.

He probably enjoyed it more than I did. The trip was fun, but the flights sucked.

Also, I'm about a week late in posting this, but I got Kup at that Target I mentioned. He's good, but nothing to write home about.

I actually really like Kup. He's got a pretty clean transformation and both modes are good. I mount his guns on his back though, since it looks a little flat.

I think the main thing that stops me from liking him is the paint job. Gosh, it sucks. I'd wager that I'd probably enjoy Takara Kup or Orion Pax more.

OVERLORD!!!

Unlike Kup, Overlord does not disappoint. Both of his alt modes are great, and the robot mode is just awesome.

Also, now that I've gotten Overlord, TR Arcee (already pre-ordered on TRU.com) and Cogman are the only figures that I plan to get until the end of the year.

Oh yeah, Overlord is awesome! I love the mold, and both characters killed it.

Cogman is going to be a pain to get. He, Bee, legion hound and dragonstorm, the clones, Slugslinger, and Trypticon are really the only figures left for me to find before PotP. If RiD Saberclaw and Primelock finally get a little more attention, they will be on the list too

Slugslinger and the clones are on my list of things to get next year, but I only enough money left for Cogman and Pokémon Ultra Sun at the moment. Alas..

Speaking of Trypticon, has the hip issue (hipssue?) been fixed or anything? I was considering asking for one for Christmas, but I'd kinda like to know if the issue's been fixed yet.

I've heard later releases do have the hips fixed

Only thing I don't like about them is the lack of articulation (save the head), but that's a minor complaint. Curse me being used to super-articulated TFs.

So far, I'd say that Misfire and Triggerhappy are better, but Slugslinger is still an excellent figure. His face is kinda derpy, though.

Found him Saturday myself. Pretty great, I love the jet mode. It is so big!

The jet mode is definitely nice. Only thing I don't like about the figure is that the wings kinda get in the way of leg articulation.

Finally updated the main thread images after a few months. I've been terribly busy lately, with small trips and multiple essays due since I got back from Hawaii. I had planned to do it last week, but my laptop's hard drive went kaput last Thursday, so I had to wait until yesterday to get a new one (thank goodness for Black Friday deals). Given my lack of laptop, I haven't been able to get back on the forums that much, so it's good to be back. I plan to upload some more images later today, but in the meantime, enjoy some hauls that I haven't posted yet:
