That's a quirky knockoff. Is it rare or valuable?

Yes he is rare tfsource had a blog with it in it. It said very few of them still exist and there seem to only be somewhere between 5 and 10 in the hands of collectors with them changing hands for up to 900.

WOW. I remember seeing pictures of it before, but that's wild. How's the quality of it?: The box, the toy, etc. KO's usually have pretty cheap package and the toy plastic would feel flimsy. What's your take?

The quality is comparable to the real overlord plastic wise. They just made it better by adding chrome to it. The box is the same way.There are three pieces to the box. The box has a plastic handle on top to carry the gigantic thing. The toy itself is placed in styrofoam inside the box. Which is covered by a sheet with windows to see the figure. If I didn't know any better I would think takara put it out.

Dude, that thing is a total piece of crap! You should give it back to the guy that sold it to you. Along with Quakewave & MP Skywarp. Oh yeah, bring my Starscream while you're at it.

The quality is the same as the official Takara Overlord. This ain't no ordinary KO. Super high quality. I also had the giant Gundam RX-78 General Marshall from the same company. Both were super high quality.

Wow, very cool score! Is this the one that was on ebay recently?

Also, shots of the alt mode and base mode would be killer

Nope! He lives close by & was buying my Quakewave. I showed him this thing & he went crazy over it. I've had it for around 8 years & don't care about it anymore so I sold it.

I bought it with plans to get the official Overlord too. But I could never afford Overlord & lost interest in him. Since he already has Overlord & Star Saber it was obvious that it would fit in his collection better than mine. I'm getting out of this hobby anyway, too damn expensive!
