I figured I'd start one of these. For now I'll stick with the Kreons, as they're my main focus. Along the way I'll be counting just how many of these things are customs and how many are straight out of the packets (I've long since lost track). Starting with :


The Big 4
Megs and Shockers = modded
Soundwave's been given a customized Megatron gun
Starscream, naturally, was already perfect!


Soundwave's Minions
Reedman = repurposed from some Cityville thing
Laserbeak, Senator Ratbat, and Wingthing = scratchbuild


Seekers
Sunstorm and Skywarp feature very light mods, being given new guns and head respectively


Coneheads
G2 Ramjet = scratchbuild

Vehicons
3 have been modded to resemble the Tank, Helicopter, and Truck types from the Prime video game



Combaticons
Onslaught, Swindle, and Brawl = modded, mostly with their heads/helmets
Bruticus himself is also modded, primarily to include Blast Off but there are other edits here and there


Darkwing and Dreadwind
both are scratchbuilds, naturally


Battlechargers
Runabout = scratchbuild

Skrapnel got renamed Zaptrap, but nothing else changed


Cannon Fodder
Prime Insecticon (front and center) is unchanged
Everyone else is scratchbuild generics (what can I say, I love the idea of an Insecticon swarm)

grey Sharkticon = unchanged


Decepticlones
Wingspan's got a different wing set up, and Pounce is a modded Wingspan for obvious reasons


Bombshock and G2 Megs = scrathcbuild


Crankstart traded helmets with Megatron
Hooligan and Needlenose are --you guessed it-- scratchbuild
Airachnid's back kibble has been modded for screen accuracy


Bugly, Overlord, and Reflector are all scratchbuilds
Trypticon... is adorably tiny
