Canada eh?

Hey D! Is Brawl new? Looks cool but not my cup of soup. Been seeing him at the Targets lately. I watched that SS Bee review and he is just as small as Jazz - super excite for a pocket Bee to carry around.

Yeah Cary, Brawl is new! He's apparently been available for some time now online, but I wanted to wait and find the wave 2 SS stuff in stores.

I also took him to work Friday. I totally understand how is not some people's cup of tea, but he's grown on me and I love the attention to detail and the insane weaponry.

And Shajaki's horror story is still giving me a case of the winces.

Also, HAUL!!!

And also some campfire shots. I love a good big campfire in the night!

Also, orange cream gobs are a thing apparently

I love these 2:

Also, finally got storage for all the weapons!

Although there is so much weight up top that I am afraid to leave it all on there, so some of it might come down

Enter... the King

Attack on Titan: Predaking Edition. SS Jazz and Predaking feel so good together, and I am really feeling that Fall of Cybertron trailer where Jazz jumped on Bruticus, and these 2 feel great with that sort of size and I really want to do that pose now.

Got me this really sweet haul aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall the way from Australia from our good Forum Mod. 9 movie bots, and he even threw in 2 random G1 limb bots, including my favorite Protectobot! But now I got an issue with the combiner limbs and now I want to complete those 2 combiners or get 2 more limbs and a complete torso to make a random ass combiner

I must say, Dropkick is a stunner! I really am enjoying the lot so far!

Also got an Amazon haul as well. Just need Wreck Gar for my Elita combiner!

Oh, there's plenty of that! I'm gonna need to give these guys a good wash this weekend, and hopefully find some combiner components.

Also, Dropkick is frikkin awesome y'all!

Nope, the old 2007 one i just got from Burn. The truck mode is slick, and the robot mode is really stable and a ton of fun. Incinerator is similar in those ways and fun as well.

Huh, I'll need to image search that guy later. Saw him on the wiki and just figured it was a one step. Whew knew?

Yeah ... my cleaning brush was in my office desk and I was in the office next door and too lazy to walk back in. Was also in a bit of a rush too in case someone caught me stealing all the bubble wrap.

As a reference and the story behind this, Burn posted on his Facebook that he was trying to get rid of some old movie guys, and I saw some movie 1 blokes and then Recon Ironhide (my sister's favorite character in her favorite toy of him that I have been secretly jealous of for years) and figured I would make a party out of it. So I asked him for a few, and he was a bit hesitant with the US shipping and such, but I was persistent so he gave in. And really, these 11 figures for the price I paid even with the shipping is really good. So I ended up with:

Transformers 2007 Dropkick: knew he had an awesome truck mode, though the robot mode didn't catch me. But in hand, holy shirts, he is amazing. Best figure of the lot to me.

Transformers 2007 Wreckage: a figure I have sort of wanted since I saw the Thew Bludgeon review, but never had an opening. This guy is as cool as I had hoped.

Transformers 2007 Dreadwing The jet boosters and the one eye kinda had me looking at this thing for a while, and it's a weird jet fighter with a cool head that I like

Transformers 2007 Longarm: I saw this toy with the Bumblebee with no legs in stores years ago, and didn't really think about it again until my Hoist hunt in 2016. And then the 2007 movie nostagia kicked in, and then I found him, and he has not disappointed. Really awesome sculpt

Transformers Revenge of the Fallen Recon Ironhide: A really heavily armored figure that I envied cause sis had it. And now I have this badass. Sweet!

Transformers 2007 Landmine I remember this guy from the commercial for him, Incinerator, and Nightwatch Prime. And now it feels good to have both of them. The working suspension on Landmine is really unique and awesome

Transformers 2007 Incinerator: see above. But also, he's so simple for a movie voyager but somehow still kills!

Transformers Revenge of the Fallen Ransack: WWI biplane, needed to fine him eventually, and really glad I did. RotF had some awesome alt modes

Transformers Revenge of the Fallen Breakaway: I kinda have nostalgia for this guy from the RotF DS game, even though is he quite funky. But that really isn't an issue to me. He is a pretty awesome dude.

Bonus dudes were G1 First Aid and Tentakill. Gotta go combiner hunting Saturday and pray D&E has some! I'm actually kinda hoping for a Blastoff, Dragstrip, and Scattershot. A) it would be that I have a member from every scramble team save for Superion, and B) it would homage my CW style guys nicely since a spare somewhat rough Dragstrip and shuttle Blastoff are on Megascream while their retail and complete versions are on their respective teams, and it would pay homage to Betatron, and could even be G1 Betatron!

I think it worked out to roughly $60AUD? Which considering the size of the box wasn't too bad really.

And I had to throw the two G1 guys in. They were spares, and D-Max has been getting into G1 so I knew he'd appreciate it. Plus I knew having two from two different teams would drive him nuts so he now has to track the others down.

You and this attachment man  The DS game was really fun, might have to break it out again.

Pretty much! $116 after the paypal tax isn't bad at all for these 11!

And I do really appreciate the G1 dudes. Though you are completely right and I hate/love you for it

Sad thing is, I know there was a Snaptrap at the store I'm going to Saturday back 2 months ago. So, here's wondering what we'll find this time!

That picture is pretty useful for times such as these.
As for the game, I never had the :BOT: version, but I did have the :CON: one. It was a pretty fun game, though not as good as the Movie 1 DS game.

First up, I went to that collector's store to hunt some G1 combiners. No luck, but I will go back this weekend when their TF guy is in. But I did find all these guys for $23. Found all but the boxed one in a bin, so there was some hard searching!

2 little statues of movie 1 Prime in protoform and actual robot mode; this legends Cybertron Megatron (found in 3 pieces in the bin, reassembled); Beast Wars Croc-Megatron (missing tail); G1 Icepick; Worlds smallest Bee; Keychain G1 Bee; 2 of those classics legion Megatrons; Minicons: Grindor, Oval, Anti-Blaze, Overcast, Dune Runner, and Safeguard from the gold Vector Prime.

Up next, some shots with some of my favorites from the Burn haul:

This week, the Terrorcons came with me to work, and they got some attention, especially once Abominus showed up! But this is definitely the best combiner of PotP and in my opinion, the 2nd best combiner we got after Defensor.

Went back to the store today to talk to their Transformers guy about completing Defensor and Piranhacon (damn you BURN). He had Snap Trap, but he was incomplete (missing something from the back of turtle mode) and had no combiner bits, and that was it, so I passed. Next up, he had all 5 Protectobots, but did not want to separate First Aid from them (understandable) and he was missing a fist, half the chest, the Defensor head, and one of the guns for Defensor. so I passed.

But upon asking if he had a torso and 2 limbs to enact my contingency plan, he revealed a complete Scattershot, Afterburner, and Lightspeed, and sold them to me for $50. So now, I give you: G1 Betatron!!!

Image

Tentakill is absolutely killing me with how out of place he looks on this combiner

I honestly might cave and hunt down Strafe and Nosecone on Ebay so I have a standard Computron to oppose Abominus (funny how that has turned out, isn't it?) and leave my favorite Combiner bot and the really weird but awesome and hilarious Tentakill by themselves for a while.

Also, gotta hunt down a shell for Ice Pick!

I love it when I can manipulate people into buying G1 stuff. :-P

With that Snaptrap, that missing piece is highly important as it's actually Piranacon's chest. So that was a good move passing on him.
