Welcome to my collection thread!

It should take me a while to downsize some of the images for my collection so while you wait have a medic in a mug.

Thanks for the invite!

And the Prime Wheeljack and Ratchet are 2 very good molds and I love them to bits. I have the beast hunters version, but Wheeljack is incredibly solid, fun and he looks awesome with some falcon wings.

Soundwave is pretty sweet too, but the autobots were amazing in that line :MAXIMAL:

I love the sculpting on Ratchet, especially the face and chest. I hardly transform him because his legs are fiddly and I don't want to hurt him.

Yeah ok he's really the TFP version of HotShot, but he looks just like my OC and Hotshot was never in the show so I call him by the name of my OC. He looks just like him minus the fact that my OC's goggles are orange. I swear I didn't plan this, I just saw him on ebay for a buck fifty and had to get him.

That guy is one of my favorite RiD figures. how many tractor-formers do we have? let alone ones with antlers???

Great choice picking him up!

If I wasn't so into the blue I'd give him a John Deer paint job. Though once I find some suitable model paints I will be giving him some details to make him a little more show accurate.

Ebay is your friend! I bought all of my TFP figs on there. You just gotta watch and make sure ur getting one thats complete and has all their paint. When I bought Ratchet he didn't come with his swords and was missing a panel in his arm. I was able to cut out some foam to fix him up. He was my first transformer and he's worth the work. I am currently trying to decide on how I am going to craft his scalpels but we shall see!

Image
Here you can see the panel that was missing. Guess who ever owned him before broke it off. I traced the other side to make a mirror image and an Xacto knife to cut it out on paper, then with the foam.

Image

Here it is pushed into place, it seems to hold with just the tension. I never really transform him because his legs are fiddly and his bot mode looks nicer anyway.

I only just saw this thread - nice stuff! Prime was a tasty line that filled the spot and tickled fancies, I'm glad I got what I did, and kept what I did from that. :D

Ratchet in particular is a very underappreciated figure. Glad you're so fond of it!

If you plan on making more process shots of the fixing you did on Ratchet, please put them in the Customs section too so we can show your skillz in the roundup. ;)

Is there a specific thread? I did post in Maintenece and repair since its more of a fix up than a custom. I don't remember if anyone really noticed it or not.

I think it looks neat, but not really like Ratchet. Though the back end of it reminds me of the rocket powered ambulance though. https://youtu.be/C4b4pGb9E0A?t=2m37s

I liked the Dinobot styled design. It wasn't really Ratchet true, but it was still really cool

Besides transformers I also collect Wrestling figs.

Image

From left to right I have:

The Undertaker, Kevin Owens, Hulk Hogan, Konnor and Viktor.

Hulk Hogan is probably the one that is most special to me because my friend from Texas sent it to me.

I am also a big fan of Konnor and Viktor because they got me into wrestling when I first watched Night of Champions 2015. I was blown away by watching them face off against the Lucha Dragons.

Fun fact - The Undertaker was actually an Easter present of all things!

There is no cool story for the Kevin Owens figure other than the fact that he is my favorite current roster wrestler. The popup powerbomb is my favorite move. I also like how he doesn't take crap from anyone but outside the ring he is a good father to his son.

I'm here for the Nightbeat surprise. Prime is one of my favorite lines if not my fav. Good to see someone else appreciate those tasty figs.

He's still on order. Shipping tracker says he is closer than he was the other day. it says he will be here by the 16th at the latest.

Anyone else like to watch the shipping tracker go?

Here is Nightbeat! I posed him with some of my horror and true crime novels. I like to think of his "gun" as a flashlight because a detective looks a little silly with an oversize ray gun. I think most detectives carry a small pistol, but I like the "flood light" accessory when I think of it that way.

- Bonus pic because I feel like being silly -

Ayooo! Youse gonna make this here moose a muffin or what?

Cool beats of the night ;)^

That's a fun mold, I'd consider picking up one of the Bee flavored ones, maybe the goldier variant. I'm not a big fan of the weapon it comes with though.

Have you tried any of the alternate door wing configurations? Maybe I need to snap a pic of mine to share :-?

Also, shove some of those muffins through the screen, I'm hungry...
