NICE BEE!
Shots look really good. What a difference light makes, right?
How about a pic of the light rig itself? Is it an LED box?

Looks great!

For mine all I use are two sheets of black foam, a floor lamp, a desk lamp, and my slowly becoming more and more outdated iPhone 5s. Sometimes I use some natural light too. But the lightbox looks like it would be way more effective. I look forward to more photos using it. ;)^

Nice! :D

Wanna see some pics with the black background. If you can get the light to only hit the figure and not the background with the black that'd look awesome!

Yeah, that's what certain people do. Across the board.

Why go for a third party company, in this case? What were you looking for in the figure that couldn't find in the official released?

Actual question, no judging tone! :D

I;m pretty much done with takara. between them taking a whole new aesthetic in the middle of the line to qc'ed figures. im tired of getting the shaft for what i pay for.
so now any of my mps will from the hausi era or kos and third party.
not touching the reissues either. they might;ve fixed starscream but theres cheaper plastic changes looseness and not enough paint on soundwaves facemask.
so until hausi comes back, the mp line changes back to old and the quality goes up, im not touching a single takara product. only the mpms but those are also made by hasbro :HASBRO:

You ..do realise that the designer has nothing to do with the quality, just the sculpting and engineering, right? I mean, not trying to change your mind here, just pointing that part out!

Yeah, it failed pretty bad. I feel I didn't word it correctly or didn't set the rules tight enough. You know what they say when you assume...

I watched the thread from a far and if you were to do it again, I'd put in huge bold print, "If you don't think a figure you have is owned by many people, DON'T POST IT".
