I feel confident saying Paleotrex will be my only figure of the mold. He is really weird and great, but I want to keep him unique. Plus, I found a Transmutate alternative and unless purple Paleo somehow gets released by himself I won't buy him with another tank Megatron

Understandable. I personally want to display multiple modes, which means I'd either need multiple Paleotrexes or multiple versions of the mold

That's my only issue with getting the purple one. I'd buy it by itself in a heartbeat, but I don't need another tank Megatron.

I'm trying to cut back on the buying, and along those lines I hope to stick to one figure per mold sort of deal, unless there is a very good reason to get 2 of the same mold. I'm also avoiding dupes of a character I have already that has a good standalone toy, so almost all of the G1 coming out this year will be passed on, but I want beasts to support that part of the line and also to get good updates to a bunch of characters I really like.

I'm also working on selling off some excess "fat" on the collection, try to focus in some more on what I'd really like

I generally do the same. I've been a lot more selective lately than I used to be (compare buying almost all of CW and TR vs getting maybe 10 ER figures, and planning to get 11 mainline Kingdom figures), and I rarely buy more than 1 version of a mold unless it's a Seeker. That's part of why I'm happy for a mostly BW line despite not really caring about BW. I can get the few BW characters I like the designs of (Primal, Megatron, Rhinox, Airazor, and Tarantulus if the leaks of him coming in 2022 are true), and save the rest of my money for other things.

Yay Jazz. I had one on preorder from Target, but they cancelled it on me. So I gotta hope to find that one in a store

Oof, that sucks. Thankfully, given that it's the first wave of the new year, I envision he'll be pretty easy to find soon enough.

Nice Grimlock! I am waiting on Pulse to respond to the fact that Fedex lost mine in the mail.

I was kinda worried about mine at first (also ordered from Pulse) since it never displayed any tracking information, but then he and Paleotrex showed up at the same time despite shipping on different days.

The Fossilizers have been awesome, really the modular guys in general have been the coolest thing about the WFC Trilogy thus far.

It is pretty weird to consider that the trilogy is almost over for me. Counting leaked figures, the only ones I have left to get are Rhinox, Wingfinger, Pipes, Slammer, Blaster, and Artfire. It's been a pretty good 3 year run for Transformers.

He was the only one left at my Walmart, along with a single Primal.

Honestly, he's only okay. Robot mode is fine and functional, but the mold is definitely showing its age when it comes to transformation. Pieces like the chestplate and the entire backpack come off way too easily, and the jet mode won't clip together. Makes me a bit worried for SG Starscream

Bummer to here. I still want him to complete a trio with Hotlink and Redwing

What're you planning to call him? I was thinking something like Skyquake since he kind of looks like the one from Prime

Bought an oversized knockoff of TLK Steelbane off of eBay recently. Fortunately, his joints are way tighter than the real one and he can easily stand up straight. Unfortunately, it's still a knockoff, and it's got a few issues. One of the legs won't clip together right (the KO company retooled the legs so they can open up and hide the feet in wyvern mode), and the screw holding the dragon head together fell out 15 minutes after I opened it. Thankfully, I wasn't planning to display him in wyvern mode, so that doesn't effect me at all.

Knowing my luck, Hasbro is gonna announce a Studio Series Dragonstorm now that I'm trying to assemble a collection of 12 Knights. Right now, I have this guy, Dragonicus, and Stormreign, along with Cyberverse Thunderhowl and a few Beast Hunters Predacons (namely Grimwing and Cryotek).

If they do, it'll just be a repaint of the TLK one, that seems to be the way they're doing it. But considering SS86, I doubt many more live action bots from before Bumblebee are coming
