While i dont mind buying something from the newer lines, which has been limited but I was able to score the Ark at my local Target about a month ago. I’ve been mainly concentrated on finding those missing accessories (Cyber keys, weapons, etc.) from various lines. My recent finds come from the Cybertron line.
I truly dont know how long Ive had Scourge and Override but between them, I was missing the tail and Cyber Key for Scourge and the Cyber Key for Override. I will say its been at least 4 years or so but between that and not really looking for those items somewhat explains the time why I haven’t tried to obtain these pieces. Well, when you decide to start looking, it can be difficult as well. In the past two weeks, i was able to find the tail for Scourge and the key for Override. Definitely a big win, but still need the key for Scourge.
A recent addition altogether was Thunderblast. This is one seems to be really hard to find and at a decent price. I was able to buy her for a decent price but she was missing both missiles. I honestly didn’t think i would find them for quite some time but got lucky and found them. They just arrived today, so a big win for completing Thunderblast.
I would say patience is necessary and if you got the time to keep researching or looking through pages on Ebay it might pay off or wherever you can find them. Now one particular piece that is missing from Cybertron Menasor, his minicon; Heavy Load. Goes back to what’ve Ive said before about collecting. Ensure you know what came with a particular character. When i bought him when i was in Germany, I didn’t pay any attention and just bought him. I have been able to buy the Cyber Key for him but the hunt is ongoing for Heavy Load.
Searching for missing items can be frustrating but gives you another perspective about collecting, especially stuff from the older lines.
Lastly, while readjusting some shelves, I decided to transform my Classic and United Megatron back to their weapon mode and hang them above the one display case. Not too bad I think. Sadly, that was the first time I have transformers them.

As always, thank you for looking, stay safe,

Got lucky today and found Shadow Panther and Waspinator at a local Target. Really impressed with the tight joints on Shadow Panther. Usually you get a figure and the legs seem loose but this wasn’t the case.

After having my collection fully displayed I have went back and tweaked a couple areas or made some additions. I guess that can be the fun part.
So, to the right of my desk I had originally had my Cardboard Megatron in the corner. He is now directly in front of my desk looking pretty good. So in that corner, I have added 4 floating shelves. As you can see in the photo, top shelf has the Ark, then MP OP, 3rd shelf is my Kreos. The floating shelf below my Fembots, is my Kingdom BW Transformers. I will most likely add one more shelf to split the factions up. Then on the floor you can see Darth Vader/Death Star Transformer, with POTPs Throne of Primes along with Funk Pop Soundwave and on top of that is Retro Pop from BB movie line.
On top of my 4th case, which is directly to the left of my desk, I had tucked behind select Transformers was the Human Alliance/Battle scenes. I decided to stacked them in front of the window/curtain. That gave more room to what i had on top of that case. Plus, i can see all my sets there rather than being covered up.
Since i love floating shelves, i may put two above that display case, which one will have what I have from the BB Movie. We’ll see on that.

As always, thank you for looking,

I have one particular long over due update, that is getting the rest of my display cases lit. Finally got the rest of the puck lights i needed. So all my cases are now lit, which looks amazing with the lights off. I am sure the photos it will be kind of hard to tell but I’m loving it.

The second change is with my floating shelf with my fembots on it (before and after). Decided to purchase a riser stand. Should have done this along time ago. I am looking at putting something similar inside one case, mainly where it is a tad crowded and will enable me to get a better visualization of what is on the shelf.

I suppose I should try to find something to light up the very top of the display cases to highlight what is there. Next project!

Until then, please enjoy the recent photos.

Got lucky yesterday and found Gnaw at a local Walmart. Here he is alongside his G1 counterpart for a comparison.

My latest addition comes from the Cybertron line, Sideways. This was one i have been wanting for quite some time now. Again, through the updates i receive from Ebay on new listings, I was able to buy him for $18.30 (before shipping) complete to include instructions. However, in my haste on buying him once i saw the notification, i failed to ask the seller about the key code. Unfortunately, the cyber key belongs to Unicron. So, the hunt is on for the correct key for Sideways.
While i still think it was a decent find at that price even with the wrong key, will that come back to haunt me. Again I cannot stress it enough, when your looking to purchase anything from the Cybertron 2005 line, ensure you ask about the Cyber Key code.

My latest upgrade kit i bought was for NF Ultra Magnus. Right off the bat, it definitely gives UM a decent adjustments on his height. The filler pieces definitely make a difference, not only on inner legs, bottom of the feet but also on the two black guns. The color of those pieces seem to match pretty good, no complaints there.

The only thing i had to do was trim a tiny bit off the round portion of both legs so that the extension piece could slide onto it. Otherwise the extension piece went on perfectly to the other part of the leg.

So if you wanting to give your UM some height and fill in those gaps, then I recommend this set.

Another upgrade kit i had purchased, was for Studio Series 86 Wreck-Gar. As most people have seen, it comes with G1 styled gun and exhaust piece, which can be added to his axe; giving him a longer handle. Overall, not a bad kit. I personally like the G1 inspired gun. The exhaust piece does give his axe a good extension and looks good in his hands. In motorcycle mode, the exhaust piece is ok, not too bad.

As always, thank you for looking.

Wanted to do something alittle different for my one shelf that has my Ark on it. So i bought some foam insulation and came up with a set up where the Ark would set up higher in ship mode with Wreck-Gar, Sweep, Cyclonus, and Rodimus standing down below it. It is suppose to look like a cliff/mountain side. I think it makes that shelf look much better with this addition rather than just a plain shelf.

It’s been awhile since i posted any photos of my latest additions to my collection. Ive been mainly keeping on eye on a select few to add to my G2 collection as well as some from the Unicron Trilogy.
Starting with the G2 line, Ive recently added from the Go-bots series (1995) Firecracker and Motormouth. Unfortunately I’m still on the hunt for Firecracker’s weapon. That leaves Blowout and what seems to be the hardest to find, Optimus Prime.

From the Unicron Trilogy, I have recently purchased the Street Action Team set (Perceptor). Once i have him, I will add that photo. I will also highlight the addition of Air Defense Team (Star Saber sword) and the Race Team (Skyboom Shield), which i bought a couple months back. It has been nice to finally add these to my collection. I am still on the hunt for the remaining mini-con from the Space Team, Astroscope in which i can then combine to make the Requiem Blaster. Other than that, i will have what I am wanting from the Armada series.

My latest addition from the Cybertron line is Skywarp. I remember buying Thundercracker when i was stationed in Germany way back but wasn’t thrilled about him. So I guess now i will be looking for him once again along with Unicron (deluxe version). I am not trying to collect that entire series but wanting to fill out what i have for my Decepticons. I will say i am patiently on th hunt for Menasor’s mini-con, Heavy Load. Again, when i first bought him, I wasn’t bothered about him not being complete and thought it wold be easy to find. That isn’t the case. We’ll see, i have plenty of time i guess!

One thing I have noticed over the past year, it seems to be a little more difficult in finding select
characters from the Unicron Trilogy. That obviously seems like the the Trilogy has a renewed likeness or want from collectors or individuals who just like them.

From something new a couple weeks back i was able to find Tigatron and add him to my Kingdom BWs shelf. A nice addition in deed, looking forward to all the upcoming releases to add to this shelf.

Whatever line/series you love and collect, hope your are enjoying what you have and for the hunt of the ones you want to add to your collection.

Thank you for looking,

Nice update.

I've also noticed some of the UT figures are harder to find now, it's a bit strange, but maybe comes down to lack of new figures from there and renewed interest in that era

So here is my update on my Armada collection. Received my Street Action Mini-con Team last week from a seller off of Ebay. I am down to just missing Astroscope (Space Mini-con Team). Of course once i have him, i can combine the team to form the Requiem Blaster. Even though there are other mini-con sets and couple more version of select characters i am happy with what i have now from this line. I would say that the Unicron Trilogy is one of my favorite that was released, more so Armada and Energon but i love all three lines.

Thank you for looking,

I have a few addition to the collection. I will apologize if the photos seems on the dark side. They where not taken in my Transformers room.. I am pretty much confined to my bedroom due to foot surgery. Just trying to make the best of things.

Recently, i was able to purchase Blaster when he became available again on Hasbro Pulse, along with BB Movie Ravage. I wasn’t sure at first with Ravage but after having him in hand, I am pretty happy with him. Of course, i am not able to take a photo of him and Soundwave together but once i am mobile, i will do so.
Blaster is a solid figure, however he seems to be on the slim side. Not sure what i was expecting but he is a slimmer Voyager but still happy with him. Again, once i can walk again, I will be adding a photo comparison of him and my G1 Blaster. For his counterpart, Eject, I bought a weapon from TF-Lab, located in El Paso, Texas. The weapon replicates what they used in the movie or cartoon. It’s a solid piece, looks good and fits well. If your wanting to give Eject a weapon, then i recommend this one.

From the RID 2001 line, i was able to buy Tow-line for a great price. Been wanting to add him and now i have. To finish out the 2, 2 packs (versus), all i need is Skid-z and Skyfire.

That is it for now, as always thank you for looking.

As mentioned in the previous post i am stuck in the bedroom so to speak. So i decided to buy the sticker set for the Ark, from Toyhax. After four days and about 8 to 10 hours of fun it is done. Obviously anyone who goes onto their sight can compare with your own Ark and the photos from the site. I just wanted to show the difference of a couple of areas. I will say all the window type stickers, dang, but they add so much detail. If your up for the challenge then this set will do that for sure. Overall, like any other sticker set, they add alot of detail and it definitely does for the Ark, more so in ship mode but in robot mode you can definitely see the difference.

For the photos, the before and after shots have been taken from both sides but you can see the difference. I will add more at a later time with better light!

Enjoy!
