I totally love those display shelves!! You're collection looks very streamlined and seamlessly-smooth in those cases; very, very nice!! I'm inspired to look into finding display cases like those for my collection now... :) (my collection is posted in this forum, too, if you wanna see what I currently display my figures on...)

Thank you so much for posting your pics!!

Indeed great collection... any details on those cabinets? They have a lot of shelf height and depth available, but still have glass doors. Almost exactly what i will be looking for.

Nice stuff, hope I can dig all my TF's out this summer and get some picks to share. Majority of them are chilling out in their boxes in the attic right now. They need to breathe!

thanks for all the complements. I love collecting transformers. The cabinents are the billy collection form ikea. I finally broke the 400 mark i think im sitting around 430, i really want to get to 500 before the baby comes, I figure I wont be buying to many once he or she comes.

wow, then you have roughly 800$ invested in shelves! awesome!

The glass doors are clutch, how well do they keep dust off your figures?

That's funny that you mentioned that; after seeing your pics, I went looking online for a place that sells black shelves with glass doors, and I ended up at Ikea's web site! Your display has really inspired me to re-decorate my room now, and I'll most-likely be going with those same shelves! I also was wondering how well the glass doors keep dust off of your figures...

And congratulations on the upcoming birth of your baby!! As awesome as it is to behold an impressive Transformers collection, it'll never come close to the feeling of being a proud parent...

I cant wait to be a parent counting the days down to nov 8. The cases keep a lot of dust out, Id bet even more if I could get the doors perfectly aligned, they have a small gap in the front and thats how it gets in. Id say I do a total dust every year or so, most of the dust that does get in seems to go about 1/4 the way in which i just use a swifter dust pad to clean it up. The boxes in the back row never had to dust yet. I think the cabinets are a great way to display them plus it keeps the wife happy that they are all in one place, so it doesnt bother her that I keep getting more and more as long as there are none on the floor. I used to have my transformers all over place in one room, then bought bookshelves and thought that stepped it up, then I seen ikea offered the doors and new thats what I needed to complete the look. When I finally showed my friends, they were in totally ahhh, I think they were expecting a kids room with toys all over the place, I dont think they expected a half of a wall dedicated to the best toy ever.

I have total respect for you guys that can keep the transformer in the box. Normally I have to take it out and transform it and then put it on display. But your collection is really awesome!
