I never had much of a problem with them, either. The waist sections of Motormaster were the 'worst', but even then it wasn't as scary as made out to be.

Their not-Wildrider is the only one to ever give me any real trouble for the most part (though the legs on all the cars are pretty much a pain in the ass). I had panels pop off a few time during transformation, but they popped right back on so nothing's broken thank goodness. His legs tend to pop off too, but I think that's because of that red plastic, which is softer/has more give to it than the darker plastics used on the other figures' legs.

While it does make FP Drag Strip attain that full G1 look, I have to draw the line somewhere. I can't drop $50 on an extra pair of wheels and a few extra plastic plates.

I'm getting it, primarily because my Drag Strip's windshield broke during transformation. Everything else is pretty much a bonus.

I would consider this for less than $40, simply to fill in some of the gaps. But right now it's not a necessity. I'd rather buy half of Hasbro's Menasor for that money.

There's also this little pair of gap fillers for Drag Strip and Dead End you can buy for a fraction of the price, made by Shadow Fisher:

M3 Upgrade

I ordered a set a few days ago, will have to take some pictures of it actually installed in combined mode.

I eagerly await those pictures. These look like a much better option(better looking, too).
