That is Power Core Combiner Bombshock. Those also look nice combined with Heavy Tread.

I'm disappointed there was nothing new on show, but I feel even more justified in my decision to order Perfect Effect's RC.

I'm not. My wallet needs time to heal. :D

Really, this'll give us all more time to save up and get the stuff we really want. We've seen SO MANY 3rd party stuff ... there's no way to keep up with it all. Personally I need more time to get funds to buy what I want. Jolly Green Giant being "save up project" #1 for now.

I'd love to see the Broadside Warbot, but I'm thinking the next release news will include Heartsmaster. I also think those rumored Stunticons/Thundercons are close to a teaser reveal at TFcon (but, I may be wrong). I will stunt my anticipation of news, but I look forward to the inevitable awesomesauce that is FansProject's return to the masses. Hail the Horde!

Wow.... I'm shocked by the amount of authority Hasbro demonstrated in response to this. :shock: If I were to say "No third party products at my convention," and they show up, I would've laid down the law, right then and there. But, if it were my convention, I would have allowed all third party products; after all, it was made by fans for fans.

Anyway, back to the subject;

Cyclops looks great! But, in regards to a Classics Shockwave, the size and probable amount of money just isn't worth it. FOC Shockwave (or Energon Shockblast if I can ever get my hands on him) will just do me fine. Arcee (or Chromia?) is just a work of art that can assume two forms and has poseability. The Thumper upgrade looks really cool, but the Hubcap one just doesn't buy me. Starscream looks impressive, however I'm waiting for an American release of MP Starscream Ver. 2. The Targetmasters look... okay? Weapons for Overlord, Skyfall (I'm thinking that's his name), and Metalhawk look impressive. Iron Army is what Hasbro should have done in the first place.

I am feeling the same way; but will wait until the reviews.

Arcee looks amazing. And love the smiatars for HOS Starscream.

Dead Metal wrote:All this 3rd party stuff at BotCon, looks like someone is unable to run their own convention and uphold the rules they set up for themselves, I figured as much.

I kind of get the sense that Hasbro is caught between a rock and a hard place. And probably the people policing it are not the same ones that came up with the policy.

Quite frankly Botcon 2012 seemed dull until I saw the 3rd party pictures.

That MMC Air Screech on Skywarp colors will be awsome. The PE Arcee will need a DR Wuu custom head

I agree.

What is going on behind Starscream's head. Is the hood mistransformed or will it be pressed up against the back of his head?

Jesus-tapdancing-Christ it's just another step closer for the release of Iron Army and I can't wait to crack open Heavytread and plug his ass in!!! :DANCE:

This may have already been answered but here it is again, do we know if the Cyclops at Botcon is the one with the final paint apps or is that still up in the air? And is Renderform producing a "pistola" for Botcon Overlord?

I agree that 3rd Party makers should be welcomed to events as someone stated it's by fans for fans. But I wouldn't be surprised if some greasing was done for Hasbro...ya know? ;) :VEHI:

I have been wondering how many paint apps of Cyclops there will be. Originally we saw 3 different shades of purple on the drawing board. And each time I see the figure it looks a different color.
