Finally got Planet X Neptune (Sludge) to complete my Fall of Cybertron Dinobots! He is so awesome and I got a fantastic deal on him too! So happy!

In a big box of stuff I got for my self gift this year was XTransbots Aegis cartoon version! I've had my eye on him for quite awhile bc of how lovely the vehicle mode is and he's my first BIG 3P figure besides a Planet X Seeker



I've only transformed him once, into robot mode as you see here, but it really wasn't too bad nor too fiddley. Kept my screwdriver hand tho just in case any parts felt too tight. Only compliment I really have is that since this is somewhat of an older figure the articulation is mind blowing but it works well enough

Stopped by the Dollarama today and picked these up. I'm interested in seeing if the KO Jetfire can combine with KO Optimus

The other two are better by way of not being infested. However I've been hornswoggled because what I thought was a KO Barricade is actually a Bumblebee wearing a Barricade outfit. Also he's really stumpy because the legs don't extend. Hehe. Stumpplebee.





This embiggened minicon motorcycle guy is definitely the best out of the lot. I've named him T-Pose. The other Decepticons fear the raw power he displays through his stoic expression.

It's been over 7 years since that thing is out. Thanks to a Age 3 & Up sale, I got the KFC Dia Stack.

The vehicle is huge, but appart the rubber tires, nothing feel "premium". There's no diecast, the plastics feels light and hollow, as if it's some oversized KO from AliExpress. 100$CAN was a good price for it, bit I would have been pissed if I'd paid the normal 200$+.

Here it is, compared to the official SG Magnus:
(I applied some to turn it into a "MP" SG Magnus.)



The transformation was piss-easy and he's pretty tight and don't feel fragile overall. There was a small panel that was floppy that needed the crazy-glue treatment.



Stacks is way bigger than I thought. I don't know if the vehicle is modern MP scaled, but that bot sure isn't. Still, it's perfect for a SG character.

I had been out of town a few days and came home to find Star Toys Commander waiting for me…
I won’t give a full review, but this is one incredibly good MP-scaled figure.
The quality is there in every aspect; although I will add to that that I’m one who doesn’t care about paint if the plastic quality is good and the right color(s).
The ab crunch joint is a bit loose, but it still allows for posing.
Beyond that, only the tank mode suffers at all from a lack of molded detail. But for me, that critique is borderline nit-picky.
There are a few tabs/slots that are tight…. But that’s much better than those being loose and useless.

It’s really almost unbelievable that I have this guy and only spent $140…
If this only had one alt mode, it would still be worth $200.
I never compare MP or 3P figures to mainline releases because it’s just not fair.
But outside of Hastak’s offerings, this is hands-down the figure of the year for me, and possibly the best of the 6 MP figures I have (4 of which are official Takara figures).

My hopes aren’t up by any means, but I would love if this company made another figure of a character I want…. Star Toys is completely legit, and this Blitzy is more than enough evidence.

My latest 3P buy was this shoulder fix kit for Armada Megatron. Needed a bit of Krazy Glue treatment to stiffen the rotation, but definitely money well spent to fix an egregious shortcoming.

I needed a G1 Slamdance to go with my G1 Blaster. However, no way am I gonna pay 150$ for the real vintage one. Especially since my G1 Blaster is just the Walmart reissue.

So, I went for the K.O one.

The quality is great and the joints are scarily stiff, except the the pinned transformation joints of the combined bot's legs. I did the crazy glue thing to fix it. Overall, 50$ seems expensive for a K.O, but it was worth it.

Got my Toyhax order in today! Labels for Generations Selects Ricochet and TR Elita 1! Also a new weapon for my Battle Beasts Deer Stalker! Had I checked i would have gotten Deer Stalker a new rubsign to!

Because Combiner Wars deluxes are now impossible to find at a reasonable price, I told my friend it was a good idea to try out the KO versions for his next original combiner.

During the shipping time, we changed our minds in how to proceed so these will be for a "bonus" combiner.

4 KO CW "Vortex" will make that bonus team.
They feel cheaper in hand than the originals (the same plastics usually found in KOs) but they are solid and transform flawlessly.

Now, time to slightly mod them.
