As much aI love their Fort Max, I don't have much interest in this colouration. Perhaps if it was in Grand Max colours I'd've bitten.

I just dont like this mold. If its not gonna be city sized (and transform into a city) im satisfied with headrobots stronghold.

once they set this precedence of repainting warden, who knows. there might be a grand max someday

That's my hope. I'm also hoping for one in Scorponok's colours for my SG line.

I'd prefer a Grand Max version too, but this does look nice. SG colours would be great too.

I notice it says available at UK, but it says Con Exclusive...AA?

I actually like the colors here, but given that I passed over the regular release because of it's lumpy alt-mode and a head mode I have no larger bot for, it's still not enough to reel me in.

Actually with that in mind, how many people here actually own a Brave Maximus?

not many. but there was also a surprising amount of people who bought warden without owning a fort max.

Big fan of the mold, but I have no need to plunk down for another copy of him.

What surprising about it? He's based on idw For Max, the head mode was just a silly gimmick.

sometimes i forget that. im behind in my comics and havent seen fort max yet.

Colors look nice, but I seriously need to get Warden first. I'd be down for this in about 6 months once I've (hopefully) caught up a bit.

Would be awesome if BBTS found a hidden stash of Brave Max boxes from about 10 years ago...

Silly indeed. I still wonder how much more improvements could be made to the tank mode had that head mode not have been a thing in the first place.

Indeed.. I brought a fortmax to go with my warden and I've still yet to transform it into head mode to see what it looks like... cause you know there's pictures online.. and the head looks too big on the body.

I find it funny that they chose to spell it "Guardián" with the accent thing as we spell it in spanish

Hm.... wondering if that god sword is included.. probably not, I'll need one for my Warden, he's currently unarmed cause I think that huge cannon looks stupid on him and that little pistol is kind of a joke.

Wherein lies the issue, as I said: If the head mode was not a thing at all there could be room to improve on the tank mode. Given that the robot mode was made to resemble the IDW appearance of Fort Max, I can see no other point to the head mode at all other than for the sake of a gimmick, but when it takes up that much engineering space then the tank mode had to suffer for it. It's almost like the dumb ideas that pretty much turned Armada Sideswipe into the piece of crap that it is.
