Great service from Robotkingdom with 3P QA issues.

Just thought I should put this out there. In the last year I've started to prefer collecting only 3rd party and Masterpiece figures. Before that, I collected quite a lot of HasTak stuff, and never really had any real issues with QA or missing parts. Since I started collecting 3rd party, I've had Toyworld's Hardbone missing his cannon, and most recently, Planet-X Genesis missing the grey panel in his claw arm that hooks over the T-bar in ship mode to hold it up as an engine. Both times RK has sent me the spare part, either by itself at no charge, or including it with another shipment if I was going to make another order soon. They even sent me the spare part for Genesis even though I'd owned him for 6 months before transforming him to discover the missing part.

Not often I come across service like that, and makes me very happy to keep using them.

I gotta admit, I'm pleasantly surprised at the details. I'm not sure that even BBTS would support a 6 month wait.

This actually happened to me back when I shopped with Robotkingdom. (when their shipping to the US was much cheaper than it is now) I had a TFC Heavy Labor missing a piece of plastic that lets him ratchet in the hip area? I've only opened it like 4-5 months after I brought it and they had no issues sending me the part for it. Pretty cool of them.
