Easy pass, Don't need 3rd parties to create minibots that are legends, scout or deluxe scale. HasTak has a over abundance of minibots in the legends, commanders and deluxe toy scales for a fraction of the price.

Something tells me this is more in line for the MP treatment.

If they are scout class like their Wheelie, I may be interested in these. I always felt scout class was the best mini bot scale for cartoon accuracy. I totally disregard that penny racer crap where the robots only reach up to Prime's knees. It's about time we get a Windcharger and Tailgate that properly share the same mold. Hasbro screwed it up.

I own that one. It's cool but Hasbro screwed it up by not giving us a Tailgate repaint. Instead we got the stupid legends mold. Also I would prefer no car hood on the chest for further cartoon accuracy.

While he could be a bit more comic accurate, Legends class Tailgate is a beautiful wonderful thing that needed to exist. The world is a better place for IDW Tailgate having a toy.

Isn't their Wheelie more like Deluxe size?

Indeed, I don't think I could agree with you more. I love both Windcharger and Tailgate. (I would love to have a Tailgate like that in full scale, though maybe Bandit black with gold Firebird. I wonder if there is a body kit similar to that for the new Camaro...
But, with these guys, I might have to get one just to get the Firebird. I like the box art. But isn't Windcharger red? Would a black version be Wipeout?
Hrm...That gives me an idea here...

[Edit] Or is that such a deep, dark red that it looks almost black in the box art. Hrm....

Makes me wonder why (Okay to make money) but the new Tailgate mode is good as IS already. Why make a Windcharger version when they (Hasbro) already have the awesome version.........just re-issue it for pete's sake

I really don't need these...I really don't since I've got rts Windcharger and Maketoys is doing a "proper" idw tailgate...but those alt mode's, the Fire-bird emblem, the squat fun little bot modes. if they're deluxe they have at least sold me on Tailgate!

Ah the 80s nostalgia! Two great characters given the G1 treatment with a twist. They should be interesting. Totally digging Tailgate's head sculpt.
I would not mind if these guys we Arkose sized and inline with MP Bee but Firebirds are pretty long cars which makes me think they would be in the same length/height category as the Fairladies, Lambos and Lancias...that would not be a great scaling for these guys...but they are looking good.

XT are more for robot scale than vehicle ..i think
To me anything taller than MP Bee and Shorter than MP cars is all good for a Minibots size .

I like these. I like them a lot. I'm afraid I don't have a place for them in my collection, however...
If they did one in black with gold trim....

You know the more I look at the robot forms, the more it looks like the length of the car will be the height of the bots...with little extension.

These look pretty good, but having Wheelie and Turbo in hand, I wasn't that impressed with the quality.
Nothing broke or was wrong per-se, but they felt kind of flimsy when I transformed them.
These may be a "buy only on sale" purchase.

I genuinely don't like these all that much. And will be fine with the Hasbro/Maketoys/etc little ones. Cool alt modes though.
X-transbots and all their fans are horrible people and I'm going to return to post about how I'm not interested in this product, and denigrate you all some more in the future, for no apparent reason.

Vector Sigma! You're in here too? Well at least here you have prototypes to complain about...
P.S. we are not horrible, we are horrifyingly wonderful
